Black mold in bathroom. Only 3 towels left for 4 people. No tissues. Refrigerator did not work.Pool was cloudy and smelled like fish. People smoking pot next door, odor came into our room.

We stayed on the first level (not by choice) at the very end of the hallway (again, not by choice) right next to the side exit of the hotel. The lock on the door was broken, which meant that anyone could've entered the hotel from that exit without a key card. When we brought it up to the person at the front desk (more than once), we were told that it would be fixed, and during the five days that we were there, it wasn't. Perhaps if your staff treated this hotel like their own home, then safety would be more of a priority, and not just a request.

Coming in the room it was excellent. Could have used more lighting in certain areas. I moved the night stand to hook up my phone charger and I saw a sticky mouse trap. Went to the other side of the bed and moved the other night stand and saw a second mouse trap. This was kind of disgusting

After reading a couple of reviews that said the beds are comfortable we found that they were not comfortable. The bed we had was definitely worn and clearly had a dip on one side (the side most easily accessible and so likely the side single travelers use). It was not comfortable for either of us to sleep in. And the pillows were so soft that my husband ended up with a crick in his neck each morning. It had a decent kitchen area with microwave, bar sink and small refrigerator. Despite hosting both national wheelchair basketball championship competitors and high school volleyball teams our room was quiet. The one noise problem was a constant drone from the bathroom. We made sure that our fan was off but there was still a constant drone like a fan was on all of the time.

Easy check in. Clean No listings of breakfast times, tv channels, WiFi login, quiet time, or listings of restaurants/gas stations. This info could be given at checkin. I was on the second floor, sounded like people in rooms across from each other didn’t care how loud they were. Their kids were running up & down the corridor until a woman told them they were to loud & were disturbing other people.this was about 10:30 pm.

We had six rooms. All the rooms were dirty. One room had roaches; three rooms had ants. One room's door did not close properly. In three of the rooms, the lights did not work. The front desk staff were very nice. However, the general manager was very disrespectful and disregarded what happened. The hotel was falling apart.

Check in was quit ordinary, not very friendly, had the feeling the person checking me in was annoyed about something. Room: No mattress cover, only had a fitted sheet and mattress was covered in stains. Desk chair was broken, someone could fall off when attempting to sit on it. Carpet needed more vaccuming, as pets kept picking stuff off the floor. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was very run down and dirty. Wall paper falling off the walls in the bathroom, black mold in the bath tub, spills dried to the wall never cleaned up, furniture in the room beat up and issues with hot water made for an unpleasant stay. Not what I expected from this brand.
