I was checked into the wrong room. Instead of changing keys to the correct room, I was given keys for the wrong room. In middle of night, folks who reserved room (2 beds and couch) arrived and were also given keys to the room.
The clerk never chzz ad need the registry to show I was in the room.
I had requested one bed.

Booked this location as it was one of the only hotels in Saginaw with a hot tub as that was the one request for our trip. Hot tub was colder than the pool and staff acted like it was no big deal. Upon checkout I was told they have been having that issue for a while now and there was nothing they could do as I booked third party for my stay.

When we arrived, staff was very pleasant.
When we got to our room noticed wallpaper was peeling in the main room as well. As the shower area.
Main reason for our trip was to be able to relax and sit in the hot tub and when I got through the hot tub was out of service. Also.
When taking my shower, the following morning found the vent fan was not working, probably causing wallpaper peeling. Also, the vinyl on the headboard was cracked and we did not find it until we moved the pillows, which were covering it, so you couldn't see it when you walk in the room.
