The toilet water went up in the bowl before going down, sinks did not drain properly and filled when water was running, caulking around the tub was improperly done. Bed was a tad too hard. Staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful.

This hotel was great. Parking was almost full but still available at night. The staff was efficient and friendly. There were no issues with the room.

Convenient location

The hotel was very nice but we chose this hotel because it showed on their website they had a very nice indoor pool. My grandsons were very excited to swim only to find out when we called the front desk to find out where the pool was located, the gentleman at the desk said you do not have a pool. Please do not advertise something you do not have.

The property appears to be under repairs for all my visits, including this stay.

The property is ok, it's a little dated and the place could take a good deep cleaning. But not the worst place I have stayed.

Many places to eat within just a mile or so. My only negative was the mattress was too soft.

Great experience and the process was very easy.

The rooms seemed to have been lightly renovated in recent years, meaning bedding, paint, wall and floor coverings. It has been a while as the paint is peeling in the bathroom ceiling. The bed is comfortable but the suite lacks attention to details... furniture is chipped and there is no ottoman, coffee or end tables next to the sleeper sofa. The front desk service is good and the breakfast is a standard hotel hot and cold meal... though they struggled to keep up with the Saturday morning rush.

It is a good hotel, it’s comfortable, the staff was friendly and everything was clean. They offer free breakfast but it finishes at 9:00 am, which I thought was a bit early. I arrived late around 8:00 pm and had no problems to check in. The hotel bar had very limited food options and had to leave the hotel to look for dinner. Overall good condition for the price

The rooms were dirty, dinged up, and the thermostat didn't really work so the room was really hot, there were so many blinking lights and so much light coming from under the door

The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful however the room was so dark with subtle but not helpful lighting we couldn't see well at night. The light in the vacinity of the bathroom sink not in the ceiling over the sink so that it was impossible to use to put on makeup or or brush your teeth. The light over the desk area was the only good lighting but wasn't too useful if you wanted to read in bed or see yourself over a sink. The TV was situated on a curved wall with not enough room to put seating in front of it so it had to be rotated slightly, but not enough to get a full screen, if you wanted watch in bed. The breakfast was ok and just as you would expect. All & all not a bad stay as was very clean and very helpful staff, but would request a different room if coming again.
