The room was very nice and very big. Some of the items in the room were broken like one of the lamps. And we couldn’t lock the deadbolt because it wasn’t lined up properly. But the room was huge and the bed were very comfortable.
All the workers in the hotel were very kind and polite and courteous. The breakfast was really delicious with a lot of choices.
If we come to Tulsa again, we will definitely stay in this hotel

Our room ended up having bedbugs and our whole family has bites all over their bodies. The staff was friendly and let us wash/dry our clothes in their laundry facilities for free. They gave us a new room and allowed us to stay longer to ensure we weren’t bringing the bedbugs to the next location. They also said they’d credit us a free stay, but haven’t checked our account to see if that happened.
One big reason we chose the hotel was the indoor pool and it was unavailable.

No tv, no WIFI, & found bed bugs. HORRIBLE front desk lady who refused to help with ANYTHING and refused to call her manager then threatened to call the cops when I kept asking her to call the manager.

I was happy with the location and the room its self but the internet was out the entire time I was there. I needed internet for work items I wanted to work on while I was in town. I was not able to do that This is what affected my experience more than anything. Front desk was great

Didnt have internet for our entire stay. Front desk was unhelpful when it came to helping us set up our Switch. Sheets had stains.
