Excellent service!

This was a very nice room! One suggestion would be to have a convenient way to charge my phone by the bed. My husbands side had a reachable plug but my side did not. The bed was very comfortable.

Evrything was good the only thing is walls are paper thin we kept being woken up by other people early in the morning just walking in the hall we could hear them talking

The staff was absolutely amazing especially the cleaning staff. They were attentive and made sure that they provided top tier service to us. The condition of the hotel, while clean, was very old with many defects in disrepair.

Convenient location and friendly staff

The Hotel was nice , staff was very friendly over all stay was good the own thing I would have like to had is larger pillows they where to small for a King size bed. Twin size pillows for a king size bed and it was uncomfortable didn’t not get a good sleep.

Staff do a good job with what they have to work with. Nevertheless, the property needs some serious renovation. Additional, the property needs some pest control services, immediately. Finally, the property should NOT use Expedia to service its reservations. They are a bunch of crooks, using various methods to cheat people out their money doing and after reservation.

Service was super friendly and accommodating, they fixed an issue we had right away. Breakfast was yummy and the hotel seemed updated and modern. Some of the linens seemed dirty, including a towel with brown stains and the sheets weren’t clean enough for us to feel comfortable sleeping directly on, but the bed was comfortable. The shower head dripped all night and there was some hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. The AC kept up great at night, but during the day, it struggled and we couldn’t adjust the fan level. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I’ve stayed at places a lot cheaper that were much better. Could see where areas of the room hadn’t been wiped clean. Towels were old and getting holes in them. Face towels were old and had stains on them. Toilet paper holder and shower caddy were both hanging loose. Floor at bathroom so sticky it left shoe prints. Desk staff was great and breakfast was pretty good.

The room was very nice and very big. Some of the items in the room were broken like one of the lamps. And we couldn’t lock the deadbolt because it wasn’t lined up properly. But the room was huge and the bed were very comfortable. All the workers in the hotel were very kind and polite and courteous. The breakfast was really delicious with a lot of choices. If we come to Tulsa again, we will definitely stay in this hotel
