Nice other than a parking fee each night

There was a hidden charge for parking our vehicle which we didn’t know about until after we checked out which was very disappointing. Breakfast was horrible and the bed wasn’t very comfortable at all. Property was great, was clean, staff was friendly and location was easy to walk to where we needed to get to. The room itself was good. Great size and worked good.

Great location. Able to walk to area venues. Modern design. Room was attractively decorated yet it could be brought up to current times. We were shocked that no one shoveled the walkways and around cars. I nearly slipped at the front door. I mentioned to the front desk. I did not see any response.

Nice place to stay. Pool is small. Breakfast was not much to speak of and the food was cold. People were very nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the room set up, having a separate bedroom from the living room area. Linens were fresh and comfy, and the room's climate control worked well and comfortable temperatures were easy to maintain. Whoever cleaned our room did a wonderful job. On the first night of our stay, the fire alarm woke us up at 2am. It was very scary and we had to call down the the front desk to be told it was a false alarm, no other explanation.This incident ruined our family's night of sleep as it was hard to go back to sleep afterwards. The next morning, while eating breakfast, the woman who was working as the breakfast attendant was acting very hostile and talking to herself. She was clearly unhappy about her job and making all of the guests uncomfortable. The pool area was fun although we had to ask to have maintenance clear debris out of the pool first, including a big ball of hair.

Broken beer bottle glass in the parking lot. Noticed it after I parked. Thankfully I did not get a flat. Moved much of the glass out from under my car with my foot. The fact that you pay $5 a night to park makes that frustrating.

Needs updating. Beds are terrible - they sink in the middle. Pillows were awful. Tub faucet dripped constantly. TV had 2 lines down the screen. Room was very dusty. Positive note - it was quiet.

Would highly recommend and or come back. Staff was. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Proximity to Lambeau Field is nice, with inexpensive parking, and the basic amenities you need. The rooms are “weathered” and in need of updates and fresh paint. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. We would prefer to stay downtown in the future for rooms that don’t get so beat up by Packer game days.

It wasn't as clean as it could have been, but overall nice facilities. For the price the breakfast was not great, very scant and then everything was removed by 9:30. I was surprised to find a $30 charge for parking on the bill. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at. Pretty disappointed. I think next time I'll try one of the other stadium side hotels.

The hotel is showing signs of wear. The tv was not working (known to the front desk as they said it was planned to be fixed the following day); however they did not inform of us of until we went back to the desk for assistance in the matter. We were offered $50 in refund but we were required to contact hotels.com first, and have them call the hotel directly. This took an hour on the online chat. There was no decaf coffee at all in the lobby or in packets for the keurig. We have stayed at this hotel before for concerts at the Resch Center, it is very convenient for that venue and Lambeau field.

It was great. Will stay there on my next trip to Green Bay.

It was perfectly placed for the event i was in town attending and the rooms had all i needed to work while i was in town too.
