Springhill Suites is my preferred flag, always look for one in any destination I plan to visit. I have stayed on at least 5 different properties around the US. They're consistent in quality and service and the hotels are pristine, squeaky clean and staffed with very professional and friendly attendants. Beautiful, modern with quality furniture, comfortable bedding and the biggest bedrooms and bathrooms I've seen. Would recommend and would continue to select over other flags

Great location!! Walkable to everything- city market, river walk, dining options. Staff helpful and friendly.

I liked how they were responsive to any issues or concerns. When we went to the pool there were a lot of bugs in the pool and my daughter was upset she could not swim. We let the front desk know and within 30 minutes it was clean and she was swimming.

The door to the shower kept opening every time you closed it. It wouldn’t stay closed, and there was mold in the mini fridge other than that everything else was good

I just didn't like that housekeeping didn't do their job. I reported it to the front desk, they contacted housekeeping twice, but I still couldn't get my floor vacuumed!
