Staybridge Suites SIOUX FALLS AT EMPIRE MALL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Very clean and the breakfast is absolutely excellent with real china and silverware!

just what we needed

I absolutely loved the room and the location of the hotel. It was easy access to the interstate and there were options to eat nearby. We never had any housekeeping service and that was my only complaint.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a line of people waiting to check in. Both employees were on the phone. A gentleman finally spoke up after waiting a minimum of 15 minutes. Staff member put callers on hold and took care of customers in the area but only after became upset and called them out.

We had never stayed at a Staybridge before. We had the 2bedroom suite and it was so comfortable. Having the 2bathrooms as well was really a plus. The grounds were pretty and well kept and our breakfast very good with a great variety of food items. We will stay at a Staybridge again for sure when traveling.

It was a good stay for us as we passed through on a drive. The rooms were comfortable for a family of five.

We only stayed one night, but check-in was quick and the room was fine.

Great customer service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and shower pressure was amazing!

Ok hotel

Check-in went well, but things kind of took a dive after that. The Wi-Fi in our room did not work. I went to the front desk to see if the issue could be resolved, but I was told “ I really don’t know what the problem is”. We were there four days and no one ever followed up. Also, there are two phones in our room and neither one of them could get to the front desk or housekeeping. We wanted new towels in our room and had to go to the front desk to get them because of the phone issue in our room. We did not like the layout of the room either the bathroom was very cramped with the sink outside of the bathroom, which is not something we enjoy. I do not believe we will be back.

Hotel was nice but we booked a double queen room but got 2 full size beds. When we questioned the front desk attendant we were told they don’t have any rooms with queen beds that it is advertised incorrectly. This is extremely disappointing when you book specific rooms for a reason. We were not offered any compensation.

We had a very late check, I called & Samantha was very nice & assured me everything would be ok. When we finally arrived everything went smoothly.

We had a good time. The room was nice and what we wanted. The one thing that was not so nice was that the flooring in the bathroom was starting to curl at the seams. It wasn't bad yet but could definitely feel it when you walked on it. Also the tile around the tub had a piece broken off and was just sitting there. Also in the pool the bathroom needed all the metal fixtures replaced as they were very rusty and corroded. They also had the outside doors all propped open to keep the temperature in the pool area down. And the jets in the hot tub did not work.

I had to pay for the room as my date change ID# I received re-booking was not excepted and I couldn’t use my one key cash monies…..very disappointing!
