Stayed for child's medical care at Seattle Childrens Hospital. Hotel was convenient and very nice. Was slightly more expensive but well worth it. Had stay at another hotel but this was much better for not much more money. Would stay again and highly recommend

We liked the refillable water bottle and the refill station in the lobby. We liked being able to have breakfast in the hotel but wish we could have opted for a night's stay including breakfast.

LOVED THE BED LINENS, PILLOWS - COMFORT EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS.
VIP amenity was LAME! They charge a $50 fee for the amenity and it's simply one free drink pp. A scam to make money.

Cute rooms and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and a complementary water bottle to take home with you. It has all you need plus a pineapple shaped sugar cookie when you arrive!

I liked the hotel a lot. Here are some reasons:
1. The employees were great and never had a problem addressing any of my concerns and they were timely with room
service.
2. It was less than 10 minutes from the subway.
3. When I did drive the parking lot was right under the hotel and had an electric car charger.
4. The price wasn’t as high as other nice hotels in the area.
5. The free reusable water bottle is a great idea and I wish more hotels thought of sustainable ideas such as that.
6. The room had more space than I needed which is never a bad thing.

Stay Pineapple hotels have a friendly yet professional vibe that I like. My check-in person was excellent and he upgraded my room to a corner double. I love the free drink selection when you walk in!
The public spaces (lobby and coffee shop) were inviting. Loved that it's only a 3-block walk to Seattle's Light Rail system.
Negatives: Pineapple's weird bedding system is not my favorite. Big negative was that it was impossible to keep the daylight out of the room (blinds didn't fit the windows and therefore leaked light in). Because of that I didn't sleep well either night.

staff is friendly, it has a gated parkade. Room AC unit only blows lure warm air, talked to the front desk and we were told maintenance was gone for the day and no one was on site able to fix the AC unit. Also the washroom door could not close properly, the latch could not hold the door shut let alone lock it.

Had a lovely lil one night stay here. Room was comfortable, quiet and spacious for two people. The front desk staff were AMAZING. Gave us free parking and some free drink tokens when we checked in. Will definitely stay here again.
