This was the most uncomfortable room I’ve ever stayed in—and at over $300 per night! The beds are very hard, with weird duvets folded on top; it was very intentional, but WAY too hot in Seattle for feather duvet, and there was no sheet. The room was totally bare-bones: tiny, half carpeted, half tiled, with one single desk chair. They must not think that people actually want to relax after dealing with the city! Their amenities were nice: a steel water bottle, and sparkling, still, or hot water to fill it; two coupons for glasses of wine (in a can); and pineapple-decorated cookies. I’d rather have had a comfortable bed and places to sit!

A selection of snacks downstairs (including a free drink—the can of wine was good!) and cookies set out in the afternoon. Nice touch. Super comfy bed. A +. Reusable water bottle in the room and filling station in the lobby. Loved it.

It was not bad, and generally good. The rooms are a bit older, and on the smaller side and don't have any area to sit. There is a "resort fee", which is a standard charge nowadays and also a parking fee - kind of irritating a bit since they should just add it to the rate. The only benefit with this resort fee is that they offer a free water filling station in the lobby. Wish it had a kitchenette, which would be more useful, but maybe next time I think I might check out Residence Inn for a similar price.

We’ve stayed here twice as it’s close to UW Montlake Hospital. Hotel is boutique size which we love. Easy to get in and out. Staff is very friendly. Parking is an extra $25/day in the underground garage. Towels are plush which is a very nice touch. But pillows are flat. No full service restaurant but small walk up coffee cafe in the morning. Will be back.
