Very good location for the event we attented. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Trains pass right by at all hours. Homeless folks screaming at each other on the street. Nice peppery but the neighborhood is a little sketchy

Place was great for our needs, they work hard on making the place feel safe comfortable and clean. Would recomend it and plan on staying again.

Emma was a gem and all staff overall exceptional! Wish we could have used the rooftop balcony but everything else was wonderful!

Affordable hotel stay. Room had an odor, has a train nearby, but they provided ear plugs. Had a breakfast coupon which was helpful.

It was good location to for the area we needed. Front desk service was great. Room was a little small. Bed was good but pillows were mediocre. AC/Heat had a super loud buzzing to it. Train goes by often. Loved the movie being projected outside but sad it only played for a couple hours.

Very clean rooms with a nice bathroom. Could use a better mattress. Great location. Next door to the safari room at the Davenport Tower and Churchill's steakhouse. All around great value!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! But the remodel only really makes it sort of look nicer. It’s still surrounded by tons of homeless sleeping outside. The tv didn’t work, the heater every time it turned on smelled awful and the room smelled like feces. The shower also didn’t have great plumbing. But noted positives - decent remodel, and the tv projecting a cool movie on the wall outside is dope. Having a discount card for breakfast around the block was also helpful. Again, staff was absolutely incredible!!!!

I stated here before. Great location, be aware a train is nearby. It didnt bother me, especialy for the price. I love spokane spent money to put up a niccr sign says no camping, with campers under it. Apparently they only apply to people who can read. That is all of downtown spokane But sign looks nice. Lmao

We were in town for a concert at the Knitting Factory and the hotel was a short walk away. Room was cozy for our 1 night stay and the staff were just soo sweet!!

I loved the staff was very friendly was kinda upset that when we had to pay to park. The room was nice. Prepare for not the most comfy pillows :) but overall a good stay for the price.

a great night. Lots of trains, but earplugs were helpful. Awesome shower! We luckily brought an extra duvet. My suggestion is to have another chair and maybe a small table. For 2 people, it was awkward. We ate dinner in the room so needed a bit for space. Great parking, Awesome service at front desk and free breakfast at Rosie's was excellent!

the front desk attendant was being very judgy because I was tried to use a prepaid card for the incidental fee, and I asked to use her charger to turn my debit card back on and my phone was dead after 13 hours of traveling (her android was plugged in on the counter which is the only reason I asked) to which she replied “this is an iPhone cord, so no sorry.”which was annoying because that just made me feel she was implying I was trying to steal her cord or i was being shady. I completely understand the policy for the cards, but you shouldn’t allow guests to pay for a room with those cards then either. Very misleading, I use prepaid cards when I travel because I’ve had my information stolen from a front desk employee before. I don’t appreciate that she was video calling with someone the whole time I was checking in, not professional at all, and when you’re dealing with customers private information, personal devices shouldn’t be on display for the customers, didn’t sit well with me. She had knitting stuff all over the counter, but should be investing that time into making sure the rooms are clean and ready. The room wasn’t very clean, and had a weird smell, was extremely drafty, the floor creaked throughout the room and you could hear everything going on around the block, I stayed until about 12:30AM and then just went and booked a room at the Davenport. I didn’t use it but the bathroom looked nice. Hopefully management can refresh proper customer service with their staff,
