Everything was great, one of the best hotels I've stayed at that price range. Bed was comfortable enough. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The door into our room probably could have used some oil but otherwise I have no notes.

Pretty cool hotel. I liked being able to watch the trains go by right from my room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and quick. Only issue I have is that you are given a coupon for 1 breakfast per room at a restaurant a couple of blocks away - saying breakfast included is a little deceptive in my opinion.

Building is older but it had an artistic atmosphere. Many fun pieces of artwork of classic movie stars in the rooms and common areas. They were projecting old cartoons on the parking lot wall when you checked in. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a train track right next to the hotel, but I didn't hear anything having a room on that side of the building and was able to sleep just fine on a Wednesday night. They did provide ear plugs in the room, so maybe it was a night the train didn't come by. Breakfast is provided by Rosie's Restaurant over by the Hotel Ruby. It was about a block away on foot. The elevator is a little small if you need to use a wheelchair or have other special needs. The room had a large mini fridge with tiny freezer, small microwave, Keurig machine, hair dryer, and TV. I didn't try out their WiFi. Area around the hotel was safe and clean. I would stay here again, 5 stars.

I walked into the lobby/office and no staff was there. Waited almost 20 minutes and someone finally showed up. Didn't acknowledge in any way that I'd been waiting for 20 minutes in an empty lobby, much less apologize. The area is awful, the hotel is in bad shape, and the staff don't care at all. Would skip it for sure!

Great convenient location for checking out downtown Spokane. Easy check-in and parking right in front of the hotel. Also included a breakfast voucher for a diner down the street that came in handy the next morning.

Friendly staff Room was clean. Description of amenities is not accurate. Breakfast is at an offsite restaurant and you are given a voucher for 1 person. Coffee available on site. Also workout facilities are at an off site facility easy Walking to restaurants

The rooms were clean enough but were very cheaply furnished. The air conditioner was quite loud and gave off a smell like hamburgers cooking. We turned the temperature up so it would come on less frequently and we could sleep, so it got hot and suffocating. We could hear all the noises from the parking lot. There was a woman out there calling out someone's name over and over. The bed wasn't all that comfortable. It was one of the most uncomfortable nights I've had in a long time.
Another thing was that the website said breakfast was included. Turns out it was only one breakfast per room, and there were two of us. Would have been nice to know before I booked it. For the amount of money this place cost, I was pretty unsatisfied.

The unique theme was appreciated, but the room was elementary, which was fine and did the job. The cost did not exactly coordinate with what I had expected but I liked that there was ice and water available. The fitness area consists of a bike. However, I was locked out of the room several times despite having the key. I didn't get the chance to use the complimentary breakfast, which was fine. The WiFi was poor, but the staff was accommodating. It was clean enough, but the presence of homeless individuals in the area made the experience a little more difficult for a solo female traveler. Families staying there are ordinary, so it's not a significant issue, just a late night. Be cautious of your surroundings in the parking garage.

Unique location near steam plant. Not a great area of town and train will wake you three times an hour. You will be worried your car gets broken into and the smell of the rooms is not pleasant. Will not stay here again.

Great location for us. Just a short walk to the waterfront area.
Staff very friendly and knew the local area.
The included breakfast was a nice bonus, although did have to walk a block or 2 to the restaurant. The food offers of 15% off at 2 of the local restaurants was also a nice bonus which we enjoyed. Highly recommend the Steam Plant Restaurant which had great food plus a self tour of the renovated plant.
Definitely would recommend staying here.

I really liked my stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing even when I need to check in at 1:30am. The rooms are very clean. One thing to know is that you should ask for a room number in the low hundreds. The hotel is next to a rail line. My room was near the line and trains traveled by throughout the night.

Loved that it was so clean. AC was running and it was nice and cool when we walked in. All staff that we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Spokane!
