Decent stay but the walkway up is a bit steep if you park in overflow parking. Check in/out staff was awesome, but our bathroom towells had not been cleaned so we couldn't shower. There is a train track next door, but we barely heard it at night.

Price was fair specifically the dog fee, but there was no actual area for the dog to use potty. Had yo walk 2 blocks to a tine green space by a parking lot. There is no comfort in tge room, no table, no couch no breakfast on site. It was very uncomfortable for people traveling with pets. Also, very hard beds and tge floor was so dirty we had to wash our feet before bed. I even had to clean the dogs' paws from the dirty floor.

Homeless people all over the area, we booked 3 rooms and one had a non functioning door lock which is a no-go considering it was on the ground floor.

The room and staff were both really good. Very pet friendly! It would have been nice to know that the hotel is located right next to train tracks and the train runs almost constantly.

Room was just fine, bathrooms are nice. The furniture is old, cheap, and the desk is not comfortable and small. It’s quaint and very basic. If you are traveling for work, beware, the WiFi is TERRIBLE. I was getting a few MBs down, and KB up. It was incredibly poor and disappointing. I could barely get any work done.

This was a nice hotel in the heart of downtown. The front desk was cordial, and the room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Overall most things in the room were very clean, but a couple things (like the base of a floor lamp) had noticeable dust. Also, they had a mini coffee maker in the room, but the Keurig pods they provided didn’t fit this type of coffee maker, so…? They did have a room with coffee urns by the front office. You get a voucher for breakfast at a place a block or two away, which is nice.

It seemed they stayed open for me and waited for me to check in which was about 2 hours after the lobby closed. I hadn't been aware that it closed at 11:00 and our flight was delayed and they were still open so I'm thinking he was waiting for me because he left right after. How great is that?! The included breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic!!!

It’s a motel, but the rooms are clean, bathroom seems renovated and in excellent condition. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast provided at Rosie’s Restaurant which is about a block and half walk from the hotel. There is a train that runs directly next to the property so there was some noise but no horns.

Excellent location on edge of the "entertainment district" with parking. The staff went over and above any expectations with restaurant recommendations (really good) and even called me when they noticed I left a door open on my rental car. The only negative (not major) is that it is next to a rail bridge/overpass and trains can be noisy.
