No matter who was at the front desk they were always very helpful and even reassuring, when I relayed that I might have to just hang out for a couple hours before heading to the airport. The woman working at that time assured me I could leave my bags behind the locked counter, and do just about anything I wanted while I waited! The room was great for a single guy, pretty darn tall too which is always pleasant. I only had coffee one day but I’m sure they would’ve run some more up if I had asked (and not had Do Not Disturb on my door). They also have free coffee in the lobby. <3 coffee <3 And the grand finale.. the hot breakfast was AMAZING. This was my absolute favorite part of my stay!! Different each day, first day they had biscuits with sausage gravy that had a nice kick to it, eggs (unusually tasty for the mass quantities they need), and lots of other stuff including a pancake maker. Yes a pancake maker, not a waffle maker. Conveyor belt setup. I didn’t try it but it looked good. Next day was ..well shoot I don’t fully remember because it’s been 3 weeks now, but i do remember piling on my plate, getting a nice big cup of OJ, and heading to my room so I could eat while watching Black Mirror and then go back to sleep :) Definitely a great stay, and you can’t beat the price either. You CAN, but then at just maybe $40 less things look pretty shady out there. This hotel was a terrific experience for a very sad occasion which I flew back for.

Check in was great. Sarah was excellent and very accommodating. Room was good. Walkable to restaurants. The negative was the pool. It was so dirty, filters not working, no net or I would have started cleaning it myself. I also did not receive my VIP gift.

Was there for a stay and play baseball tournament. I had to ask 2 times for my ceiling light bulb to get fixed because it was blinking like we were at a rave. Front desk said they would get maintenance there to fix it and never did. With being a stay and play we were required to stay at their property and the staff continually threatened the children with being kicked out of the hotel without even talking to parents. The breakfast was GROSS and wouldn’t recommend it at all. Overall for the price paid definitely not worth it.

We booked the bunkbed extended king suite which came with 8 wristbands, bought 2 extra bands as it was our granddaughter’s birthday party, had all 10 kids in the pool and adults watching, there was NO other families in the pool area and we were told every person in the pool area needed to have a wristband. We weren’t allowed to purchase more therefore who was to supervise the kids? We had to get all the kids out of the pool and cram into the room. Very disappointing. Will not return. Will book at more family friendly hotels as this was our first stay at this one and will definitely be our last. Would not recommend.

Last of our stay we didn’t have water from 11pm-5am. We couldn’t take a shower the next day due to no hot water. I had to call down to see what the issue was. They didn’t seem to concerned when I checked out and told them me or my Fiancé couldn’t shower before work!

I was in town with my son for a baseball tournament. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive to the large complex . There were a couple issues more with the cleanliness of the hotel and upkeep. If you walked around the hotel It seemed clean, however, garbage cans for multiple days were loaded full of trash. It took a couple days for them to finally empty them. The pool and hot tub were not clean at all. In the pool and the hot tub there was scum on the walls to the point where you could write your name in the scum on the side of the wall of the pool. When we arrived, there was a vape floating in the pool and cigarette butts on the ground outside of the pool. The other issue was the ice machines multiple were not working right I was on the first floor and I had to go all the way to the fourth floor to find a working ice machine. In all the staff was polite and accommodating just some cleanliness and maintenance issues. Not a bad place stay.

The room was very messy. It looks like nobody had vacuumed or wiped down any of the counters, and when I went to step into the shower, after letting the water heat up, I immediately slipped and fell and busted my back and hip on the ledge of the shower, and I am still struggling from the pain from it. The staff did nothing to accommodate my issues and avoided the subject altogether as I was limping across the lobby after it happened.
