It was very busy but check in was quick. Never offered me complimentary drink tickets but that’s ok. Room was clean. Pool has plenty of towels. Breakfast was one of the best!

Very nice hotel. The staff were wonderful! Rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool was a bit overwhelming with chlorine but still nice. Breakfast was good too.

We absolutely love staying at Stoney Creek since it’s conveniently located by so many places that we can walk too!! It’s a quiet hotel - even when there are a ton of kiddos staying and our room is right by the pool - no noise in the room!!

We did not get a room with a king bed that we reserved, even though checkout was much later than when we arrived. Also, the pet areas were hard to reach. The phone in our room did not work, among other issues. The landscaping and decor were fun, and the beds were top rate. Very comfortable and friendly to our dogs.

Overall the property is in good condition and the breakfast is always great. I like the cleanliness. Only 2 minor issues, leaking shower handle (only when on) and rusty shower curtain rod.

The room we paid for did not have a blow dryer and they were booked so they said we could not get one. Luckily we were staying with another couple that had one in their room. There was coffee in the room but no condiments to go with them and then we realize there was still a used one in the machine. Then we had to question the true cleanliness of the room. For the price we paid it should have had all of the above.
