Stoney Creek Inn Quincy

Very nice stay, had a problem with my room from a sprinkler system and they were quick to get the problem fixed and put me in another room. Will be coming back if I ever stay in Quincy

The Staff is always friendly and accommodating to guest needs. Great place to stay.

Loved the breakfast and bar. Pool was disgusting and I asked for it to be cleaned up. Looked like parts of a diaper where floating in the water. No staff came.

Understaffed. Housekeeping not remotely close to thorough in room and in common areas. Air conditioner not working properly in room (prob thermostat). Overall just a worn out property needing some serious TLC. Or, just consider it true "rustic charm" and pretend you are in a remote mountain cabin.

Clean and comfortable room. Downside was breakfast items were not kept replenished, pancake maker didn't work. Bathroom sink drain in 107 was very slow. Wasn't anyone at the front desk at checkout to pass along that information.

Always a great experience at any Stoney Creek property. My preferred stay around the midwest if available!!

Really liked most things about the hotel. The only negative would be the breakfast food was not very good.

I ended up staying here twice on a recent trip down south. It really is a nice friendly family style place. Extremely reasonably priced. I enjoyed staying in one of the specialty rooms and after nine hours on the road it was a welcome environment to have a late dinner and a movie. Great staff.

Needs to be better maintained

Loved that woodsy lodge theme of the hotel. Hot Tub and Sauna a big plus.

Got my reservations and bills totally messed up then did not have the staff available to fix the problems. Never had staff to address concerns. Could not reach them by phone a horrendous experience.

The hot tub was closed which I called before hand and was told the pool and hot tub was open and that’s the only reason I booked here. The hallways was so loud. People slamming doors and stuff all night long. It sounded like the neighbors was in our room.

We had a great night here. We stayed in the family room with the bunk beds and our kids loved it. The whole place has a cute lodge theme and the pool was very nice. All the staff was very helpful and kind.

I stayed at this property a couple weeks ago and I had an excellent room and excellent service. The property was clean then and everything went well. I returned for another multiple day stay and it was very different. Food and debris all over the carpeted stairs leading to the rooms. No one vacuumed or cleaned up for 2 days. They could not get the card reader to work so they ran my credit card multiple times. I had to call the credit card company to dispute multiple charges that showed up as pending. My room was lacking towels and the comforter had stains. I used my own blanket. The TV did not work. I had them change the batteries in the remote and it worked for 6 hours then quit again so I did not have a TV for the rest of my stay. The doors on the trash area outside, on the front and side of the hotel, were always left open and you could see trash lying everywhere. Just not a good stay this time. Would not recommend and will not be going back next time.

We were there for a funeral, needed a last minute stay, got upgraded byt really didnt need it, but it was nice either way! Much appreciated!
