A little hard to find as it is behind a gas station and the office was not clearly marked, but once I figured that out, it was a very pleasant stay. The room I had was given was like brand new inside and was very comfortable. If on a budget this is a great choice and I would gladly stay here again. Restaurant out front closes a bit early so get over there before they close for great service and Mexican food.

What a great find this place was. Large, spacious room, big fridge, loads of lights and plenty of towels. Plus super friendly staff.

Very clean rooms. Friendly staff and the Mexican cafe next door is excellent. They do have truck parking if needed. Beds and pillows were very comfy.

It is what it is, run down and still open. That being said, I stay here everytime I work in Utah. Very secure parking lot, one way in and out. Staff there 24X7.

The room size & layout was nice. Bed was comfortable. The floor was filthy. I took a shower and walked around for 30 minutes barefoot & my feet were black. I think they only broom the vinyl flooring & don't mop often. The rubber seal on our door was coming off & their attempt to fix was with duct tape--didn't work. Price point was too high for what you get, in my opinion.

With the positive reviews on Expedia I thought I would give this place a try. Big Mistake!! These reviews must have been posted by the front desk staff, because they are certainly not working to accommodate the guests.
It is a very run down old Motel 6. The swimming pool has been filled with sand. The sheets and towels are paper thin. I was seriously concerned about picking up bed bugs.

Very dirty and ran down! It doesn’t seem like house keeping knows how to clean. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot uncleaned. Floor was filthy! Wish I could have found a room at another hotel for the week!

I would NOT recommend this hotel. First of all it was very dirty. The bathtub looked like it had t been cleaned at all. They didn’t come in and clean our room, until I complained. Out of 7 nights, they came 1 time to clean, change sheets & top up towels. We got a kitchenette- it only had a fridge and a microwave. No dishes, no stove, no toaster, no cleaning clothes. Nothing to prep any food whatsoever.

The site said the rooms had a hot plate plus cooking pans. They had neither. We also had no plates or silverwear.
The rooms were nicely remodled, however, the parking lot is VERY tight. Surprised that there were no accidents.
The air conditioner was either all on or off. We were cold most of the time.

The property is updated and the lighting outside was excellent. However the room was dirty and the bathroom looked like the floor had been peed on. The adjoining door was opened upon arrival and the room was hot and smelled terrible,

Our family stayed for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was very convenient. Our fur baby enjoyed the room as well. However, the doggy run was very dirty. There was a lot of poop everywhere, and there were no trash baggies in the baggie dispenser.

The bathroom was dirty and had ants.
No real convenient grassy areas for dogs. Next to a restaurant/bar so there were loud, drunk people in and around most all night.
Definitely overpriced, was not worth not sleeping and no shower.

Clean room, good bed. Shower was too short. I’m only 5’6 and it only came up to my chest. And the water pressure was really low. The parking lot is not big enough.
