Only one room. It was dirty. tv was horrible. I would never recomend it. I lost two dollars in vendi g machine.

It is ɓeing sold and things are not working right

I'm giving it a higher than usual rating compared to other guest reviews because it is the lowest price in town and the property isn't that bad due to that lower price. I especially like the small kitchenette even though this is not a suite as it is just a basic room with two beds this kitchenette has a stove a microwave a full size almost a full size refrigerator. I'm not giving it full Stars because they don't provide any ice and when asked was told that it is broken. That big refrigerator made up for the shortcoming because I was able to create ice for my own using the freezer in the refrigerator with bottled water

No kitchen utensils TV not working curtains not latching/ overlapping guest can be seen from outside. Blanket has holes, asked for a toilet paper roll receptionist said there’s additional charge for it. Very poor customer service

Was not cool treated like we rob the place

The ice maker was broken,the only toilet paper in the place is what was on the roll, which was less than half full, there were no cups for water when when brushed our teeth. It had a kitchenette but no utensils or plates, pots and pans, etc. no shampoo or condition. While my husband found the bed suitable, I was up every hour in pain.

The manager and staff are very nice they accommodate us very nicely and we’re very kind The manager switched rooms for us since there is no elevator and my husband is on crutches

Gave us an unclean room, then gave us another room that was occupied. Very unsafe atmosphere. Will never go there agaln.

My husband and I love staying here it’s so quite perfect for our newlyweds era. Staff is so nice

Cleanliness was very good. Disappointed with the difficulty getting the TV going. Let's try to have the remote control properly programmed for the TV ahead of time. I don't want to have to be trying to find someone on staff just to help me figure out how to program the remote to correctly access the TV. A very confusing and frustrating process. Please, let's just have the remote control and the TV in complete working the moment I check in to my room. I don't want to be fiddling with the TV and remote control trying to figure out how to get them to operate properly.

Good place to stay

Horrible place. TV didn't work.... I mean, it turned on.!, but the picture was absolutely bad... I mean REALLY bad.. Also one of the beds was broken and leaning to one side.... And the ULTIMATE... there was, what i THINK ( didn't want to find out ) was dried blood in the bathroom sink.!!

You get what you pay for.

It was a worst decision to book this hotel. They didn’t let me checkin even if i have informed them upfront that I will arrive. Front desk said as I didn’t came before 1.00 am they have given room to someone else and property is fully booked. Common, this should be hotel not school. I had done non-refundable booking and paid already but still they didn’t cared about it. I have not received any communication about processing refund yet. I had to search for hotels in the middle of night die to this situation after a long tiring drive. I recommend expedia to delist these kind of hotels from their booking portal. Highly recommend to stay away from this property.

The hotel room was filled with smoking smell. There were no staff present to address this issue. After calling their emergency line, they said they won't be able to do anything. Not to mention, the whole neighborhood felt unsafe.

It was clean quiet.

I stayed @ this motel before and it was okay for the $ (probably 7/10) Check-in was late (6p) and i arrived @ that time. I had a reservation for two rms and 1 was not ready @ check-in time. Room #220 was given and smelled heavily of smoke w/ a cigarette butt on the bed (non-smoking was requested). Room was switched to #216 (better, but had a faint smell of marijuana smoke after spending the night in it). Linen had holes in them and the room was not properly cleaned. My wife went to Wally and got Lysol wipes and spray. The room didn't have cookware and my sister-in-law's room had broken burners. We made it work mix and matching from the two rms. This hotel was rated 7.8/10 (around ~12/20/24). I'd give it no more than 3/10. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here!

Room has a very STRONG cigarette odor, tiles in bathroom are broken which I kept stubbing my toe. There's NO coffee maker or dishes for the kitchenette DON'T FORGET THE TRAIN THAT COMES THROUGH 20 TIMES A NIGHT, RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!! Absolutely NO amenities. Bring your own bedding.
