We've stayed at this property overnight with our dog a couple of times to break up a long drive from Washington to Nevada to visit relatives. Folks are friendly and rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is good. Will stay again.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable but the floors were sticky and dirty. The toilet did not flush properly. Over all it was lacking. Would not recommend.

We had a pleasant stay here and the staff were all amazing. I only have 2 complaints. 1 is that the room itself was clean, the beds were clean and actually fairly comfortable, but they need to actually mop/scrub the floors. The picture is my daughter’s feet after her shower and a few hours in the room (doesn’t look like it will let me load it). The other is that people have dumped their ashtrays all over the parking lot and don’t clean up after their dogs in the pet area. My dog tried to eat multiple butts and poop. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy with some homeless people bothering guests.

The front desk person was nice and the staff found me an iron and ironing board. They aparebtly had to search for it. The room was mostly clean except the floor was filthy and sticky. My white socks were black after being there for about an hour. After I discovered this, I only wore my shoes and did not touch any of my belongings to the floor. Also, you could see light from outside through the seal around the door meaning the seal was not effective.

They have a strict no smoking anywhere around the balcony, rooms and hallways but I witnessed staff and a person they knew staying in the hotel smoking in the hallways and right outside the rooms. Can’t upload pics or I would. The premise had ashes in the hallways, cigarette butts all over and spit on the walls in the hallways.

Friendly desk staff, nice towels, clean, much quieter than the previous hotel I stayed at in Bend. Would definitely book again if traveling through. Didn't partake of the breakfast so can't comment there because there's a great bagel food truck really close by.

No thrills hotel, but a decent place to crash and rest up. Pillows were lumpy, but room seemed clean. Could possibly use an update, but about what you would expect for the price. Front desk staff never could seem to find us the system, thankfully I had my receipt from Hotels.com to prove the room was prepaid! Even on checkout they could not find me.

Clean, feels safe, friendly staff, good breakfast included. I didn’t get to spend much time there except for sleeping and eating . Would’ve liked to have used the pool. I’d definitly return.
