This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I got a room where the a/c unit does not work, and the hotel staff refused to change my room just offered me more blankets. The staff is not nice

The wall by the table looked like there was food and drinks spilled on it. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, it was supposed to be smoke free, but you could smell smoke odor in the room and the bed covers had cigarette burns in them. There were two microwaves one didn't have the turn plate the other one was covered in rust

Very old nasty hotel right off interstate70 super loud traffic noises all night long Back doors locks are broken so anyony can gain assess into the facility with out a room key Homeless ppl in parking lot and just not safe feeling

Very unsatisfied. First there was a $50 fee that was never mentioned until we checked in. Then when we got to the room the TV didn't work. Come to find out it was completely unplugged both from the TV and the wall socket. The cord was behind the cabinet. Then the remote did not have any batteries in it. The bedspread had burn marks on it. The toilet plugged up. The "free " breakfast was a joke. We definitely will not be staying here again or recommending it to friends.

The hotel and staff were more than sufficient and needing my needs. But Expedia booked me for the wrong day and I can't get a hold of them to get a refund or change my reservation date so I'm not pleased in that sense
