Super 8 by Wyndham Daleville/Fort Novosel

This property is right outside the main Gate at Ft. Novosel. The hotel was absolutely horrible. The lights on the back side where we had 2 rooms did not work. mattresses thrown in the parking lot. Paid for 2 king size rooms the bedding was for a queen size and dirty. Smoke detectors not on walls. DO NOT book a room here unless you’re ok with staying at a real dump and carry a firearm. And have lost my money. Go to next town of Enterprise and get a room. Felt that we were in a Drug infested area.

It's nothing to be light that was disgusting. Supposed to be breakfast in Chloe. It was nothing only coffee, the poor it was disgusting. I didn't want that inside the pool. The tables were disgusting. It was not so the bathroom was broke.It was disgusting

Property should be eye appealing. Under construction it seems to be. They advertise breakfast pastries coffee ECT for a.m. in the lounge . All was there was shot size glasses for a cup of morning java. Need more workers and landscape eye catching in positivev2way.

The door had been damaged and the frame was broken. The door for the conjoined room did not have a knob, instead a plastic bag was shoved in the hole and the room was overall dirty and gross.

This hotel is not in a very good part of the city. The property did a great job of marketing it. I had no issues that I thought I would have considered my surroundings but it still made me uncomfortable as I’ve ever been.

Sheets were dirty and bathrooms were poorly cleaned.

I was trying to explain my toilet was stop up I ask your manager if could get another room he’s talking about house keeping has to clean on I bust the room even gotten clean I ask for a free night cost I know I could to get a refund BUT your manager works the front desk the guy upstairs over the office gave this caucasian GUY a free night cuz he was having a issue with is room I wad standing right there when he did it and when I ask for one he said his boss said no for the Caucasian Guy he didn’t ask his boss he Just gave him a free night I pay my money like any other gust I went out broth a plunger for the toilet

Bed was hard, no box spring. Security door latch was broken. No dresser to place clothes and no place to put suitcase other than the bed. I only stayed the 1 night because i was too exhausted to do anything that night. In the morning light wheni pulled the covers back, there were long dark hairs on the bed (I have short silver hair) .the office/desk staff were nice and friendly, i just wish their rooms were as nice

They don’t treat all the guests the sound my toilets was stop up I asked for refund they said no I they would not give me a free night BUT THEY gave a white guy a free nights cost something in his room didn’t work I was standing right there he didn’t call his manager but he gave that whit guy a free night when I ask for a free night

We stay here from time to time. The room was musty, the shower would not drain and the toilet seat was loose on the toilet. We brought this to the attention of the management and from what we can tell the only thing done, and we can’t say they actually did was, the water in the shower base finally drained.

This was the worst hotel I ever been too. infested with roaches, towels was dirty and rooms where stanky. Please stay away

Stinky so bad !!! Had to ask for deodorizer spray to mask a little of the nasty smell . !!!

No coffee maker, must go to office for coffee and morning muffin. Surprise.......coffee cup offered is 4 oz size and so tiny muffin pkg. also tiny. Pool was a complete disaster area and unusable. However staff was quick to respond when breaker was tripped while using the microwave and mini fridge at the same time, same outlet. I washed all the lamp shades myself, as my stay was 5 days and couldn't stand to look at them, so...... taking a shower proved no good, as the water backed up over my ankles. Took about half a day to drain and never got addressed. Plus for this place, no bugs, tight door seal. Minus is the lack of cleaning, wall switches, doors and wall areas by doors very dirty, found blood stain on bathroom counter and had to clean the mold from around the counter mounted bowl sink. It was so easy to do, I can't understand why it was there in the first place.

The building is run down but the room was clean. The room however had an adjoining door with paper shoved in the door knob on my side. The shower had no hot water dispute taking my shower at 6:30. At 7 when I went down for breakfast the doors were locked. I called the number on the door only for them to apologize that they slept late. At 7:35 when I went back down I was able to get the last cup of hot coffee and no other juice or water was offered the juice machine was not on or even looked to be working. The only two options for food was a 1 pack of key lime pie muffin and what looked to be a stale coffee donut and only one package of that also. Nothing else offered. I’d only stay here again if it was cheaper.
