Super 8 by Wyndham Dubois

The room was great! To advise breakfast as an amenity? A waffle iron,a few breads/ bagels ,and stale cereals? Let's not even talk about the watered down juice. I didn't expect much, and was proven correct. Please bring this up a few notches and you'll be a all-around winner

We booked this hotel last minute, as there wasn’t many available, we took it. We’ve paid a little over $250 including all taxes and pet fee ($25) for one night, including 3 adults, 2 full beds. As we arrived, we weren’t received with a cheerful or welcoming mood, but we got to check in pretty quickly. Our bedroom was on the second floor, so we pulled up closer to the side door to bring all of our stuff up (many many many luggage). The guy who did our check in came to watch us do so (?!) and left as soon as we were done. The windows were open in the bedroom once we got in, toilet and tub were super dirty, but we were tired and didn’t bother to ask for another one. Once we got back from dinner, we fell asleep pretty quickly, but for our surprise we kept waking up sweating throughout the night as the ac wasn’t working properly - worst of all. In the morning, around 8am, I came downstairs to check on the breakfast, there was only available: 2 types of cereal, waffle, coffee, water, milk .. didn’t see any eggs, sausages etc went to the ice machine to get some ice since I had a medication that needed to be cool, machine broken. Other machines (drinks, snacks) … broken! Whole place smelled like mold, disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

It was disgusting. The sheets and pillow cases were stained and smelled horrible. The window was filthy and moldy. The outlets were coming out of the walls, the toilet was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, and the faucet in the tub was coming off the wall. There was coins on the floor indicating that a vacuum hadn’t been ran there was empty toiletries bottles on the top of the shower stall that were there when we arrived. We checked in at almost midnight and would have not stayed at all had we not drove 70 miles to find this was the only hotel with a room available due to a rodeo being in town. Not worth the $210 for the night.

Our room was quiet, comfortable, and safe. I did not care for the breakfast.

Staff were helpful and friendly, good bed, good breakfast. Good location for visiting the Grand Tetons NP.

It's not fancy but a decent place to stay. I had no issues during my stay.

All was great with the service and cleanliness. One can't control the properties around oneself and the properties surrounding the hotel were not so eye pleasing in such a beautiful area.

Rooms are always clean, and beds are reasonably comfortable. The breakfast gets a little cheaper every year tho.

The room was habitable but filthy. I found dirty socks from a previous occupant. Bedspreads on both queen beds were dirty and stained with God knows what... No room bed service or clean towels added to the room while we were away. A downright crappy experience that I will not repeat. I figured the Super 8 to be the safest option as other lodging options in the area are not representative of major national chains. My adult son and I were in town in Dubois to visit a military museum. Both of us being USMC combat veterans, we are used to bad conditions. Additionally, based on the totality of our observations of local staff, we concluded that registering a complaint with the on site management staff would be a complete waste of time. Hallway access door literally has blood stains on the glass. Ground floor window was not secured. Room number 113. I will not stay at another Super 8 ever. I will likely never return to any Wyndam lodging facility.
