First arrived sink was clog, which they did fix right away, housekeeper never came, we had to ask front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap. Light in bathroom kept turning off while in bathroom, told front desk, never got fix, at one point our key stop working couldn't get in front desk fix it. Staff was nice.

The state of the hotel was not in the best of shape. Construction had been done but very poorly.

Hotel was fine. We struggled to get our electronic keys to work. Had to go to front desk 3 times to get them reprogrammed. Very frustrating.

The whole experience was not favourable. The clerk at check in appeared high or confused. After we arrived at the assigned entrance, we were greeted by a highly intoxicated man stumbling around the other vehicles before heading into the hotel. People didn’t feel safe. Once we arrived at the assigned room, we found a broken security lock, a stained and cracked sink, burnt out light bulb, a badly corroded shower head with little water pressure, a creaky dirty tub, a recliner with torn seat, an badly damaged office chair. The cleanliness was terrible around the tile , tub and tub surround. The silicone around the toilet was rough. The bed was rock hard. The room was poor lit. And to be a little picky, there were no pen and paper at the desk. The hall way flooring was badly stained and rippled, meaning the carpet in places was not attached to the floor, In vinyl plank floored hallways, there were planks that secured with random screws instead of adhesive. I’ve stayed in many different hotels/motels and Super 8 is one I will avoid

Bathtub had a high slip potential. Need safety bars. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. If people play the TV late it’s difficult to get to sleep

We did not stay! We want a refund! The room reeked of cigarette smoke. I will be contacting you.

The hotel was the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was completely filthy and disgusting. WE had to clean the bathroom just to use it. There was bugs on the bed, pubic hairs in the bathtub along with dried soap scum ring in the tub. Dried toothpaste in the sink the bathroom floor was black with dried stains. We felt dirty and slept in our street clothes just to try and get some sleep. We would rather sleep in a slaughter house then ever sleep in another super8 hotel, especially this dump in Idaho Falls

This is a very aged hotel. My room had a broken door lock, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut because it was hitting the floor, the bathtub creaks like crazy when you are taking a shower. The housekeeping is poor- there were crumbs all the desk chair and someone else’s hair all over the chair.

Said my room was not confirmed so they did not have a room for me. Finally about 11:00 pm they “found” me a room. Television did not work.

It took forever to check in and the rooms are the most filthy hotel rooms I have ever seen in my life. The property does not seem safe and I am really disappointed that Expedia would even have them on their site.

It was very quiet.

The hotel is nice but could really use some TLC. The furniture in the room was very worn with tear marks on the upholstery. The door to the bathroom had damage to the bottom of it like something got caught. The hallway floors looked like they had just been replaced. They look nice. The room was very clean though. I was surprised to hear a vacuum going at 7:00 in the evening. That was a bit frustrating for all the noise. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, but not much effort was put forth.

Staff regularly made themselves unavailable to customers- often had to wait 20+ minutes to check in or out- had to duplicate steps at check in that I had already done online through the same system. A couple times I felt as if I was inconveniencing staff when I needed assistance. Breakfast ran out of items by 8am- and was not restocked. Windows did not have screens, a couple window glass is visibly broken on 1st floor.

This was the worst motel WE'VE ever seen. Please avoid, scary filthy, smelly, you can feel the bedbugs coming up your arms. Plus they charged me $85 after we hurriedly canceled and got the hell out as far away fast as we could. DONT GO

Like no customer service

This was the dirtiest, unmanaged, uncaring hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff was never around, when we did find them we asked to move to another room it was as dirty as the first. The bed had black dog hair in the so called clean sheets, sticky stain on the floor your shoe stuck to. We sleep in our clothes afraid we would get bug bites. Expedia needs to drop this hotel from your site.

Hotel room was clean looking. Shower curtain was extremely dirty. Hotel offered breakfast but never restocked it. Multiple guests couldnt have breakfast. No staff were even around to ask for assistance. 2nd day our room key stopped working. Went to front desk and all they said was "it happens " which i think is bull. Will not be staying there again

This hotel was fair to stay in, but seemed like it was run down and we will not go back

Honestly great bang for your buck hotel. Staff is excellent. Angeline is the nicest woman ever.
