I had a quick overnight stay in Syracuse awaiting a flight in the morning. I chose this Super 8 due to its reviews and price. Vanessa at the front desk received me kindly and checked me in quickly. The room was clean and the grounds were kept up as well.I will definitely return when I’m flying out of Syracuse again.

I have stayed at the Super 8 in Liverpool for the past 4 years and have always had a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is in close proximity to the train station and they provide a free shuttle. The area has many dining and shopping options and is close to all points of interest. My room has always been clean and I feel safe. I will definitely be returning!

In complete transparency, my needs were simple: a place to sleep a few hours and a way to get to the airport at an unreasonably early hour. Being the cheapest room around was a huge bonus. Staff is very friendly and they run a shuttle to the airport every half hour, all night long. We are very pleased!

I booked a specific room due to the description that it slept 5 people. During the online pre check in, I requested the room sleeps 5 people as advertised. Once we entered our room it contained only 2 double beds. I went down to the front desk to inquire and was given a roll away bed, to take back up myself with an additional $17.00 charge. The room was incredibly hot upon arriving, the air conditioning wasn't turned on. The toilet ran loudly continuously, the beds were uncomfortable. The room wasn't soundproof. I could hear people at the hotel next door outside, people in the halls, doors slamming. Twice it sounded like someone was trying to enter our room. This was second stay at this hotel. The first time was good enough that I stayed a second time. I won't stay here again. I can say the room and bathroom were clean but small.

It was a decent price. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff cleaned room promptly. The AC was quiet and worked fine. Parking easy to get into and out of. My only issue was the room was on first floor right next to lobby, so I heard everyone's conversations when they came in late at night.

I arrived late in the evening after a full day of driving and checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Even though it was a short stay I would definitely do it again
