Staff was efficient and accommodating of issues that arose with air flight. Room cleanliness was fine as they work with what’s given. However, the room itself looked to be in mid repair (fixed patches on walls that haven’t been painted, scratches on surface of wood table, hole found in comforter on bed). Overall a good stay for the price.

I was surprised that I got a microwave and fridge for the price of the room. The room was cleaned the staff was friendly only thing I have to complain about is the toilet paper being behind the bathroom door. Just remove the bathroom door. I thought there was no toilet paper!!!! Other than that my room was clean! I’ve been to hiltons and marriotts and rooms wasn’t this clean! You also get what you get with a super 8!

The bed was rock hard and I had the worst sleep I've ever had at a motel. My back was sore for two days afterward. The only reason I think I even got sleep was because of the sleeping pills my doctor prescribes me. Also, it turns out you can confuse the Cox Contour box. This happened at least three times. You have to reboot the box and then use the voice command to get you back to normal operation. Be very careful because if you inadvertently turn to a channel number that doesn't have programming on it, even if the guide says it does, because the Contour box gives you a blank screen and stops working.
There was nothing wrong with the staff nor with the condition of the hotel itself although I do think there's a better choice of paint color for the back wall than turquoise.
If a good night's sleep is a must-have, you shouldn't stay here.

Be prepared to bring your own hand soap, the hotel doesn't provide that.
If you have severe mold allergies pick a different motel. Mildew smell was very strong when we walked in. It probably is the ac unit filters not being clean.

The staff are theives. There is mold on the shower walls . House keepers lie about cleaning the rooms. The front desk are rude when you voice your complaint and dont have a care.
