The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a good location close to the University of Toledo, which is why we were even there. We’ve already booked another stay in September for my son’s parents weekend- super excited!

Good size room with microwave, small fridge, good desk area and sitting chair. Nice view from back rooms. Room was very clean including carpets. Staff was all friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean. The biggest issue was the carpet. After walking around without shoes for ten minutes, our one year olds feet looked like she had been walking outside in dirt.
Bed seemed clean. Bathroom toilet was not clean.

Old property, no elevator. 2nd floor smelled like a kitchen with someone cooking, stairways were dirty, rooms needed a new vacuum as there was hair, stuff on the floor . Bedspread had stains, blanket had holes, and sheets were clean but were very worn. Old property in all aspects. Left before breakfast so cant comment. I have pictures

One night stop on a long car trip. It was fine for that. On the plus side: Comfortable bed. Air-conditioning sufficient. Microwave, small fridge, ironing board in the room. Several restaurants nearby. Minus: Breakfast and bathroom amenities minimal. Decor bland and a bit shabby.

Was suppose to have a breakfast which they didnt. A couple comnents down they said the breakfast bar was closed by board of health. Really old and outdated. No elevator staff was nice enough to put us on the first floor. Not sure if there was anybody else in the hotel.

Older motel with very dated room. Door latch to room didn't close well. Adjoining door to next room wouldn't lock, ironing board broken, no counter space in bathroom, bathroom absolutely needed remodel. Not worth the cost.

Pulled up to hotel and there were weeds all over the place. In fact, there was one weed that was 4 feet high. The breakfast area had a sign that said temporarily closed. The hotel was out dated. I wanted my reservation cancelled with full refunded and they refused.

The staff was excellent. The hotel itself and especially the bathroom was in rundown condition. It was clean however, and the bed was very comfortable, but I almost wanted to leave about 5minutes after we got there.
