Won’t stay again. Air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom had stains all around. No toiletries. Barely a half a roll of toilet paper left in the room. The closet rack was broken so I couldn’t hang up any clothes. When you close the curtains, they were worn out to the point where you could see through half of them.. please seriously needs an overhaul.

Clean rooms staff is nice very quiet

Absolutely atrocious. This place scams people by requiring a $40 cash deposit once you get there on top of what you already paid online booking with a credit card. I don't carry cash with me, so the Indian guy at the front desk said I'd have to use an ATM which would charge an astronomical fee. It does NOT cost anything for the hotel to put a hold on a card for incidentals. This is the only hotel I've ever been to which has asked for a cash deposit. I did not end up staying and the gentleman refused to allow Orbitz to call him to issue a refund which is possible to do and make an exception. The gentleman was extremely rude and would not provide his name either so I knew who I spoke to.

Easy to park in the parking lot.

SuperLodge is cheap not expensive. If you’re not picky this place is for you.

I got to the room the television wasn't working ,also staff had bad customer service he yell at me because I told him about the television and told me I dont need Television anyway.

Very money hungry and rude front desk

Saying that the man at the front desk was rude is being nice. A $40 cash deposit was expected by the hotel even though it was not mentioned anywhere as I was booking the room. It is not a family place. There is a condom vending machine in the from lobby which gave me a quick idea about the type of place this is. The TV was difficult to get on and only offered one single channel. The room was dark, and one of the lamps did not work. Not a good experience.

There were people doing drugs in the parking lot, the room was filthy and I have pics to prove it. Broken furniture in the room and black mold in the frig. I would not stay there with kids and I am trying to get my money back. So far no luck with that.

Broken toilets and tenants break in your room

This has to be the dirtiest and most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. Outside looks kept up but the rooms look like nothing has been touched or wiped down since the place opened. Every wall had a mysterious stain. Bathroom ceiling was about to fall down at any minute. Microwave had every bit of food ever cooked in it. Arrived at check in time, no one in lobby to open the door. Called the number and no answer. Rang the doorbell, as the sign stated, and no one there. 5 minutes goes by, not a long time, and someone calls back saying someone would let me in. Door buzzes and we walk into a fowl smelling, dirty man behind the counter. Miserable to say the least, but that was the least of the problems to come. Day of checkout…cleaning lady throwing all the top covers on the floor, changed sheets and threw the cover back in the bed! Don’t dare take the pillow cases off the pillows or you will see dark brown pillows with everyone’s saliva all over! Broken chair from the 1980s and they have 10 watt bulbs so bring your own lamps.
