The property smelled awfull. The carpet was disgusting and hadn’t been swept, the linens were all stained and had hair all over them. The towels were disgusting. The walls were dirty. The tv didn’t work. The shower dripped 24/7. Etc….

Just go ahead and sleep in your car.
This is the worst hotel in America
There were roaches in the room. The showerhead was about to fall had very little pressure
The electrical outlets did not work
They put laminate flooring over carpet and you can see the carpet peeking through
I got in my room. There was still trash in the can.
The only reason why I stayed there is because it was not refundable
I cleaned it with bleach, disinfecting spray, and 91% alcohol
The sheet needed to be thrown away
They were thin as the toilet paper
The whole building needs to be shut down
And the fact that it’s $100 a night it’s a disgrace to humanity

First room was not cleaned up by a maid. Second room was properly set up. No info was given about timing of breakfast. Missed breakfast. No sign alerting us about breakfast. Complained to clerk and he said that he was not asked about breakfast and went back texting behind counter

The room wasn’t terrible, but we had to ask for a second one because this entire hotel smells like an ash tray. Luckily the second room didn’t smell like smoke, but it’s hit or miss. The hallways, and every other inch of this place just reeks of cigarettes. There are a lot of long term guests here, and the people were just lower class. To be honest, just a lot of drug addicts and white trash staying here. I definitely would not stay here again.

Turn the heater on and smelled like cigarettes for awhile til it cleared up. Few doors down two dogs completely non stopped backing all through the night for at least 4 hours. Til about 1:30am. Called room service and didn’t hear anymore barking.

This hotel absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke -had stained sheets- no extra pillows or bedding- and one of our beds was completely unstable. The breakfast room was not set for breakfast at 6-7- or 8am and a guy was sitting in there smoking- ugh!

Hotel was convenient because is near a major highway, room smelled good, sheets were clean & bed was comfortable. Hallway smelled like cigarettes, shower was backing up, cleaning was poor.
