Staff at front desk and bistro were great. Food was good. Bathrooms in rooms were dated but water was hot and plentiful. Heating/AC unit was extremely loud. Overall, if you need an inexpensive place to stay near the airport, this is good.

Hotel was great! Room was clean, quiet and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Free shuttle to the airport was fantastic.

The highlight of this property is the best friendliest staff. They made me feel at home. The shuttle service is very quick, and the proximity to the airport is another plus.
The area around the hotel is otherwise very boring, nothing much around there. So get ready if you’re looking for boredom. If you just want a place to crash during the transit, this is the best place

It’s close to the airport and they have shuttle service. The rail entrance is literally right outside, so convenient to get downtown or anywhere really. Pretty safe to walk around. The staff was great.
Now the negatives. I had a connecting door and it was not secured. There wasn’t even a lock on it, just a latch that was loose. It can easily be broken into from next door. I had a door locking device I used but the hotel should do something about that. It was somewhat clean. It was loud ! The floors and walls were thin, I can hear everything. The heater was so loud.

Front desk staff was rude. They require a $100 deposit even tho i prepaid my room. This was not mentioned before hand. Ordered a jacuzzi tub.. it is dirty and the plug is not functional. They also said they were having troubles with room keys so i do not have a key. I'm suppose to ask the staff if i want to leave my room. Will not stay here again.

The hotel seemed dingy and grim, and smelled a bit musty. It’s an older building that deserves fresh, bright paint. The room was okay, though the bathroom not entirely clean. The bathtub was okay and at least deep enough. The towel I used had a hole in it. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had one easy chair with a badly stained footstool. The fridge was a plus. Staff at the front were polite and friendly.

The water in the sink barely trickled out. The rug was absolutely FILTHY! I spilled a few drops of beer on the rug, and not wanting to leave a mess, I picked up some tissue and edge of towel to daub it off. Just TOUCHING the tissue and towel to the drops of beer, showed BLACK filth pulled off the carpet. When are these shampooed? Ever?
We ate at the "restaurant," just a counter to order and a couple of tables. The chicken wings were as desiccated as a mummy! They must have been cooked hours before, then set under a heat lamp all day to keep warm, but had virtually no meat, just hard, overly crisp exterior skin. Awful. I had a decent salad with chicken added that wasn't so dried out, but not great.
You should have a bath mat so people don't slip in the tub. There were plenty of clean towels and two bars of soap, so that was acceptable. The place is in need of paint, and your contractor does a very sloppy job of taping and patching on the bathroom ceiling. The tape is very visible through the paint.

We needed a place to stay overnight because weather caused us to miss our connecting flight. We arrived at midnight and the check in went quick and easy. The desk representative was very nice! It appears to be an older hotel mostly due to worn flooring, but it served its purpose.
