My brother and I stayed here for a quick stay. We didn’t have any issues with anything! AC was top notch! We were walkable distance to the airport and the Orca tram. Super convenient!

The room was clean and in great shape. Location is awesome with a 15 minute walk to security. Could use a recycling bin and a TV guide. The room was quite nice, quiet, and well taken care of.

Room was good and price was reasonable compared to other Seattle area sites. Availability / nearness to Light Rail makes this my goto destination when staying in the Seattle area.

Staff was amazing, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Some areas at the hotel were outdated and needed repairs. Very close to airport. They have a complimentary shuttle 24/7 to the airport.

I still have not gotten my deposit back and it’s been over two weeks. I literally only stayed in the room for a couple hours bc I had a family emergency and had to go back home right away

Staff is great! However- the hallways reak of stale cigarettes and the carpet is old and dingy. Our room and overall place was old and dimly lit.our room was dirty. Cobwebs on the ceiling and dust on other things. Bistro is nice- the Food was sub par tho, typical microwaved foods- but it’s there as a choice with a nice server. Head for the bar, you’ll need it to stay a night here.

If you have limited mobility you will need to have a car to go anywhere. There is no way to get off of property except the road that takes you there.

This place is fine, but the room was grubby, not vacuumed, the phone had some stick goo on it. Yuck. It is, however, an easy walk into SeaTac, so there’s a chance I’d stay here again. And the staff at the front desk was kind.

Staff not very friendly. Put in a room that wasnt clean and we had to move rooms. Close to airport and shuttle available. No where to dine.
