The property was fine but it took 2 hours to get the shuttle the half mile from the airport. Instead of having a nice overnight sleep between my flights I ended up only getting 4 hours in the room.

First of all, I am not a big traveler so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Obviously, this is an older hotel that has had some nice upgrades in the lobby and in the rooms. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved the easy access to the light rail and airport. We were able to walk easily to the airport.. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Minor Complaints... Some rooms do have refrigerator/microwaves, but not all. The operator was called ahead of us arriving, but she was not aware that this is not a standard in every room at this particular BW. The lighting was poor in the hallways. The bathroom near the conference room/pool was not maintained very well. Painting touch ups, faucet upgrades, new doors to the bathrooms would make a huge difference in this place. Obviously, this is nitpicking at a reasonably priced hotel. Sometimes it is the little things that can make difference on your experience. Hopefully, this was helpful to someone trying to make a decision on what type of hotel they should go with near the airport.

Convenient location to airport. Booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. The beds were comfy. However, the facility lacks amenities and the bathroom was dirty. There was still hair in our bath tub.

The rooms are very much not sound proofed, can hear everything in the hallway. Definitely needs updates throughout , you can tell there is a lot of ware and tear. More expensive, I expected much nicer. But the location is great right next to the link. Front desk Staff was great.

we stayed the night before our cruise and the night after our cruise. they have a hotel shuttle to and frim airport. There also is a cruise port shuttle that you can hire that come to the hotel.
