It was convenient for most walkable areas

We arrived around 8:30 am even though checkin was at 3:00pm they let us xheckin early. A little extra fee. Not bad worth it as we drove 8n bad weather all the way there. I took a couple hour nap. We were already to go sight seeing and do my business in which I came for. Thank you for your help.

Water was red when first turning on the shower. Loud garbage pickup ~4:30 am Saturday morning. Room smelled musty (like old 70s wooden paneling) but looked clean. Nice river view at the back of the property.

This hotel was supposed to be all newly renovated rooms. It was not! The rooms still had the old 70s wood paneling walls and old 70s stained furniture. Old stained rickety bathrooms horrible uncomfortable beds and this thin bed cover that was more like a sheet than a blanket. Not surprisingly I was attacked by bed bugs on my stay here. Got bit all over and had to leave my luggage outside when I got home so I could clean and sterilize everything one at a time before bringing back in my house so I didn’t carry bed bugs in my house.

Have stayed herenin the past. Knew it was older but had previously been taken better care of. Room smelled musty and there was hair in the shower. No new towels or room cleaning service for a 2 night stay yet there were only 3 towels and washrags for 2 people. Such low water pressure shower was difficult to feel clean and soap free. Toilet moved when sat on and tub spout pulled from wall when turning on shower. Bathroom ceiling tiles were stained and moldy. Updated rooms shown on expedia was not what i received.

The front desk lady was pleasant. Unfortunately, we will not go back. The room smelled like mildew.

Not what I would recommend to others .. but it is a roof and shower

Clean room and great prices

Clean and basic for a nice stay for a couple on a budget. Highly recommend. A little outdated looking but not too shabby. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is old but it was clean and comfortable. A/C wasn't the best and no coffee in the room.

Old and out dated, smelled like a Goodwill store. Bags of trash in hallways. Lobby was the only thing clean.

I'm hoping my experience was a one off. I had a reservation, host was very nice, went to my room and it was clear it hadn't been cleaned for a while during the off season, and water ran rusty for a bit. Not ideal but livable, but the ac didn't work so the host was happy to help me change rooms. They were swapping between registration systems so that may have been part of it. Next room had a few issues too so i ended up leaving earlier than planned.

Easily accessed my reservation and thebstaff were extremely helpful and nice

Checked in after 3pm for my weekend stay when I came back for the evening I was approached by a male demanding me to give him my name. I refused he stated he would just go to the front desk to get it. I entered my room and immediately called the front desk. The receptionist stated that that was her boss she needed to verify who I was because I wasn’t supposed to be in that room. The room was the one the receptionist gave me the key for when I checked in. The room was half renovated and nothing like the pictures posted on the add. I felt very uncomfortable and was lucky I had my husband with me. If I hadn’t paid for the weekend I would have left after the encounter with the so called manager who never identified hisself as management nor did he look professional at all. I will not be staying here again.

Nice area , on the strip , walking distance to a lot of places . But needs to finish renovating & other small things within the property. Very quiet & comfortable with great A/C.

This property was given a 7.4 on Expedia. The property was ran down and mattresses torn up sitting outside the front door. I suggest staying away from this place

It was decent, no breakfast available even though website says available and renovations going on beside and acroos from us, but we were never informed when checking in.

I had to leave within 5 minutes of entering my room due to bugs crawling on the walls, tables, etc. Cockroaches. I guess when we turned the heat on in the room, they went wild. I was never even offered a refund from the front desk and the staff member didn't seem at all surprised then I said my room had bugs. It was a nice room otherwise. I was very disappointed and have never had issues like this at this property. How do I request my money back?
