The staff are amazing and really take their time to help you out. The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk. We were able to checkin early too. Otherwise they were going to hold out luggage for us if they didn't have a room ready.

Great location, right along the Riverwalk, which is close to restaurants and bars, especially Armiture Works. The Barrymore is in a very safe and clean area. Beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Ybor City, a must to visit.

There was no hot water on the upper floors. The elevators broke down regularly. Staff was great, location is great.

A poor man masquerading as a prince. Plastic glasses in a bare to the wall bathroom, small rooms, broken elevators and less than average fare at the Gaudin, what they claim passes as a coffee shop. Will not stay there again for the price.

1 night stopover for a cruise the next day. Nice hotel. Good service. A tad outdated but clean. Really close to the River walk which was beautiful. Convenient and friendly shuttle to the cruise port. The only downside is it is a big busy hotel that had 3 elevators. 1 wasn’t working the whole time. And a 2nd elevator was shut down the morning of checkout. But overall a very pleasant stay

I would have to say it is overall a slight dated hotel. Some usual wear and tear here and there but completely manageable.
Really nice that it is pretty close to the convention center and other shops near there. Walkable. Right next to the Riverwalk, great for morning runs. Will be back

I was disappointed in the workout room. Missing were foam rollers and mats. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and the thermostat seemed to be off. It was very cold even when set at 72. Wait time for elevators at peak times was bad due to only two out of three working the whole week. There was no safe in the room. The bed was comfortable and daily housekeeping was excellent and the towels thick and generous. Only ate in the restaurant once for breakfast and it was good. The location is good with easy access to the riverwalk.
