The Beachside has such a cool vibe. From the staff to the decor to the amenities, everything was top-notch and allowed for a much needed relaxing vacation on Nantucket. Will definitely come back for another visit!

Close to town & Jetties beach and had a nice pool. The hotel is super family friendly but still has a cool vibe.

Beautifully landscaped and designed property, it's a complete getaway. Every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. The pool is a welcome respite to the busy island.

The Beachside is THE hotel to stay at in Nantucket. When you walk in you’re instantly enveloped in the most intoxicating scent—which I purchased in candle form in their boutique! From their super chic style to the ridiculously comfortable beds, this stylish oasis is a must. We loved lounging by the pool, the complimentary morning donuts and the cozy robes. The on-site restaurant is also delicious. The location is an easy walk to the beach and downtown, but this hotel is so relaxing—you may not want to leave!

Property was aesthetically pleasing, but had some flaws. Unfortunately upon arrival there was no service to pick you up from Ferry. So plan to take a taxi or walk with your luggage to the property. Although provide rental services like bikes and beach chairs, there was limited rental availability. We ended up purchasing our own bikes at a local store. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The electricity in our room also kept going in and out. When cleaning your room they just make the bed, they don’t get any cups, glasses from the bar, etc. Overall.. when you look past the aesthetics this place is great for a place for families with kids. My wife and I did enjoy our stay, but left feeling there may be far better places to stay for a luxury getaway in Nantucket.

What a fun hotel. Great design, beautiful pool, clean and convenient to beaches and town. Could not have picked a better place and will certainly stay here again. The staff were okay...some were great, others were horrible. Why be anything but nice and friendly to everyone? Other than that, loved it!

The customer service and the lack of tenderness to the guest was very amazing to me. I stayed at their other property in Martha’s Vineyard last year. It was totally opposite. It seemed like there was no one in charge and no one ever had a good answer for anything.

If you’re a single traveler or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway, I would not recommend staying here. This is far from a relaxing environment. There are lots of kids constantly running around, yelling, crying, and screaming. The hotel walls are also very thin, so you can hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. From newborns to toddlers, the noise never seems to stop. The pool itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, it’s completely taken over by kids. They jump, splash, and treat it like a playground, which makes it anything but relaxing for adults trying to unwind. My bed was dirty when I checked in ; dead bug on it. If you’re seeking quiet, comfort, and a place to truly relax, this is not the spot for you. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
