Just amazing and wonderful that a piece of history was saved and restored. Room was Great and the staff was Fantastic and friendly.

Guests are offered a draft PBR upon check in—my kind of hotel! The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions about parking and Summerfest. This is a unique place and convenient place to stay. I do think the rooms could use some updating. Our room was quite dark and starting to show a bit of its age. Had a bit of a 90s feel to it. Overall, recommended. We would stay here again if the price is right.

Outstanding experience overall, but the only black mark was the failure of a return shuttle from the ballpark after the Brewers game. This became a major inconvenience.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the entire facility was very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The building has great history which makes the stay “eventful”, but the decor is a bit confusing. The many, many pieces of strange un-matched furniture and randomly placed TV screens distract from the historic architecture. It seems maybe the money could have been spent on headboards that are not boards bolted to the wall and more comfortable mattresses.

Such a cool place! The room was spacious and clean, and it was a great location for exploring the city. Staff were super friendly, and the food and vibe of the restaurant were great!

The hotel was very historic and the rooms were large, well appointed and quiet.

The hotel is a spectacular building imaginatively repurposed. Our room was great and the bed very comfortable. Excellent stay, to be repeated.

This place is super cool. The space is historic and contemporary. Lots of clever nods to its brewery past including an ice cold PBR pored fr the kegerator behind the front desk. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cool and well appointed with an industrial vibe. The fridge is stocked with a selection of cold alcoholic beverages and water. There are also bottles of liquor and mixers available for purchase and you’ll pay for that convenience. Go to the bar insight for reasonably priced, and delicious, cocktails. The coffee at our departure was delicious (and I’m a coffee snob!). Pro tip- park in the secured lot. It’s a 5 minute walk and only cost $12.95 overnight. We highly recommend the Brewhouse!!!

Was a very unique hotel experience. Front desk and valet staff were especially wonderful.

Lovely employees - huge suites. Not quite a lot to do in the immediate area, but very walkable.

It is a nice idea to have a hotel in historic building and many aspects of the common areas were nice. The room decor was just ok and there was dust in some areas. The main problem with our stay was that the hotel offered a shuttle to the Brewers game which we were attending. The shuttle took us to the game, but never came back to pick us up. After waiting an hour, with other hotel guests, we called and were told the shuttle would not be coming for pick up and we were offered no alternative way to get back. We spoke to the desk clerk the next morning and he told us he would tell the manager. We never heard anything further. It is no way to run a hotel to leave people waiting in a strange town with no way to get back. Reliability and caring about comfort and welfare is important to customers. This was not shown by this hotel. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. That being said, the staff was kind and courteous in our other dealings with them.

Not exactly a five star hotel, but if you are a beer lover or on an extended stay, it’s solid. The staff are nice and welcoming.
