This was a great boutique-tech hotel. There was no in person staff to greet me but they did have a person on screen to help check me in, and scan my ID. It was much easier than I thought it was going to be and got a code for my room instead of a key.
The room was comfy and the hotel is super cute. If you're missing a hotel bar you can head 3 doors down to the right to Route 92 Sports Bar and hang out with the locals for cocktails.

Great no frills motel for business trip. Clean and comfortable, in room coffee pods. Virtual receptionist was very polite and got me checked in quickly. Will stay here again

Unfortunately, we had a very horrifying experience with the person that stayed next door to us. It was approximately 12 midnight when he stormed out his room and came banging on our door and even kicked it very hard. We were going to call the police, but he returned to his room. We could not sleep the rest of the night we were so scared.

this is a motel: paper thin walls. car park is in the middle so hear everything: car doors, tv & shower next door.
the room was fine, except for the peeling laminate on the floor. heavy smell of chlorine (went away after opening bathroom window for a day). no human assistance/service premises.
on the positive side, new mattress, clean sheets, plumbing all working, could be worse

Check in was completely remote. No onsite support whatsoever. Room was tiny, not like the pictures advertised. Coffee counter/working desk was dirty. Bathroom was dirty also. You’re better off staying at a Motel 6! Room also had a weird Oder/smell. We lasted an hour and left for a different hotel.

Very clean and nice updated interior. Strange check in though as there is no staff on site so you use a screen to access a person who checks you in. Didn’t effect our stay at all but important to know.

Every thing was okay, we have stayed here many times without issue, but this time our room shower, had no hot water at all. Im not exaggerating, not even luke warm. We had to take freezing cold showers. Not so great after a 2 day sports event. I was hoping the hotel would make it right somehow, but they just said " sorry " .

Unfortunately the reviews about poor cleanliness were true. The bathroom floor was literally the dirtiest floor I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot Of third world countries. It’s basically black in all the grout and my child’s socks were completely black walking on the floor. I had to apologize to family members who also got a room there because of me because they had pubic hair on their bathroom floor. One bed was supposed to be a king it was a double or smaller. And all the beds were horribly uncomfortable. It looks like they renovated a few years ago and had cute decorations but it was very poorly kept up. There’s no staff in the office so it probably contributes to the poor upkeep of the place. I do not recommend unless your just looking for an average Motel that is not clean or comfortable.

ITS NOT A HOTEL and NO FRONT DESK STAFF
this is a 2 story motel. no lobby, no eating area.
and no desk clerk. you walk into the lobby and speak to a person from a computer screen.
it was clean and comfy BUT NOT A REAL HOTEL.

Check wasn’t the easiest. Waited at least 15 minutes before having access to their kiosk. The connection was so terrible that it just kept restarting itself. Had to wait for a front desk associate to come back to lobby to physically check myself and other waiting guest. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
