We will be coming again in Summer to enjoy the area even more. The bartender was amazing and we had so much fun chatting with him. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see on our visit.

It would be nice to have a bathtub in every room (bathroom). Otherwise it was a good stay for the little amount of time we did spend at the hotel during our stay. Nice staff.

We stay here just about every year for our anniversary, and from check in to check out, everyone is great. The in-house bar and restaurant is great while the property is also close to everything in lacrosse.

Beautiful building! I was fortunate enough to work on the renovation of this building’s foundation. It was cool to see the finished product! Definitely stay there again next time we are in Lax!

Staff was very kind and love that this hotel truly IS dog friendly! We got away for the weekend as we lost our 15 year old the day before and this experience was so helpful to help us heal! Food is outstanding and the waitresses in the lounge/bar were so kind.

I loved the vintage look and charm of this hotel. The renovation of this old chocolate is beautiful and luxurious. Close to the riverside and La crosse center. Bed was very comfortable and high quality curtains blocked out light. Highly recommend staying here.
