Bed was comfortable but made a noise when getting in and out, a loud bang on one side. No extra pillows or blankets, sheets were a little scratchy on my face. Bathroom shower sprayed out of side and made quite a mess with water but it didn’t appear this was a new issue. Overall the room met my needs and the hotel was quiet and convenient. Staff was nice but breakfast was not cooked to order it seemed like the same items that would be put out on a buffet but just with service. Powdered eggs and quick fried or microwave potatoes, not ideal. Much better meal across the street and Waffle and Pancake Shoppe.

Was clean and just what we needed for our one night stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, if that’s important for you then I highly recommend this place!!

We had 3 great nights at the Classic Desert Aire. We were in Alamogordo to visit our son at Holloman AFB. The hotel was a better price than the national chain options that were nearby. The staff members were all very friendly. The breakfasts were very tasty. The beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked and we had a great stay.

We love this place. We prefer the nostalgic motels. The people are friendly and helpful. The king room is clean, andthe bed was the most comfortable. We like a firm foam mattress. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus. Any time we are in Alamogordo this is the place we stay.

We booked the jacuzzi suite and really enjoyed the quirkiness of the room itself. The actual shower/bathtub was a little gross, dirty and the drain looked broken, but we really enjoyed the stay anyhow. The breakfast was fine, but the service there was a little slow. We would totally come back for another stay anyway. The check in was smooth and the guy was super friendly.

An older classic style motel in very good condition. The lobby/ gift shop was nice. The rooms were very nice, although the tub/shower could probably use an upgrade, but all worked well. The breakfast was good (made to order) but using real eggs would make it much better. Overall no serious complaints.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice—small, but quality was better than the standard continental breakfast. Our curtain didnt stay closed entirely so we had to MacGyver something with hair clips to keep in shut for privacy. General cleanliness of our room could’ve been better—clumps of hair on the floor, dust on the shelving, and—most concerning—mold on the door hinges in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay there for 2 nights while we visited White Sands. Breakfast was fantastic! So much better than other places we've been. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Thank you for loaning us 2 sleds for the dunes. Lastly I appreciate all the sniff and potty places for my dog. Would definitely stay again.
