We had a great time at The D Las Vegas! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional.
The only downside to the trip was getting our car in the parking structure, a bit nerve-wracking with the narrow turns.

The room was good, very average and smaller than expected. Noisy, but knew that ahead of time reserving a corner room, just a lot boisier than anticipated, so bring good earplugs.

Room very noisy.... Heating/cooling system outside the window and were awaken early each morning to banging and drilling? Housekeeping lady was very nice when we asked for more shampoo and soap.

It was a nice hotel, only thing bad was showers weren’t working didn’t have any water running through and couldn’t shower was disappointing.

Everything was great until we checked out. We don’t live in Nevada and my Mom forgot her phone in the room and when we called we kept getting the runaround. We kept having to call back after being promised a call back within an hour. Two of the security guards we talked to hung up on us. Two different times, two security guards finally called us back only to say we could pick up the phone after telling them we don’t live close. Finally had to ask for a supervisor only being promised a call back and again no call back. Finally, received a call from a “Specialist” to state they will send out the phone after a payment is made. Definitely ruined future visits at this hotel. This was my usual hotel but will choose a different hotel going forward. Pretty disappointed.

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice but the room was very outdated and empty, the TV did not have any working channels for about 24 hours, I requested clean towels but was never brought any. The Casino was nice but a but dated as well. I checked out and 4 days later the resort fee were doubled billed to my credit card. I called they were quick to refund but can take 7-10 business days.

Front desk staff rude…. No coffee or fridge in room instead have to go down to buy coffee…$6… mediocre at best… overpriced .. the front desk ,coffee kiosk and elevators are a traffic jam of people.. ridiculous setup… resort fee on top… Nowhere near the value for what you pay
