This was our second time staying at The D. We stayed 5/25 - 5/29. 4 out of the 5 days we had to call maintenance. Twice for the outlet in the bathroom which ultimately needed to be replaced, once for no running water which others have commented they knew would be off and did not tell the guests, and then once for no hot water the following day. An email has been sent to the hotel supervisor but unfortunately have not heard back regarding the concerns of the hotel.

They had concerts outside till 2:00 am.
The hotel wasn’t full. Why did they put us in a room tight next to it. Said something to counter lady she wasn’t concerned . Just said they do it all the time

Didn’t like it the staff when I checked in, didn’t tell me that there was no water wanted to charge me for the night before even though she knew that the water was out from midnight till six am I’m not impressed.

Not enough plugs in the room to charge electronic devices. Lamp shade has seen better days. 3 people in the room and only have 2 towels each day - had to ask for more towels each day.
LOVED the elevators!! Coffee shop was convenient. Staff was very nice! Slots are tight. :)

Loved staying here! The property was great, staff was excellent, gambling was so fun & it was great to have coffee shop at the bottom of the elevators & the ability to walk right out into Fremont was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

There was a bit of an issue during check-in. My friend and I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but we were told that non-smoking rooms are not guaranteed. We were pressured into accepting a smoking room, which was disappointing—especially because we really enjoy staying at Hotel D.
Ironically, when we went to the room they assigned, it was already occupied. After about 15 minutes, we were finally given the correct non-smoking room we had originally booked.
I’ve stayed at this hotel at least five times, and I truly hope this doesn’t happen again in the future.

The whole floor had a terrible smell, the extractor of the bathroom wasn't working, in the middle of the night there was no water service until 6am. I am very disappointed last time I stayed here I had such great experience.
