The price was great. Had a Karen at the pool. She was upset when I told her I didn’t want to babysit her children. The staff at the casino agreed with me that I shouldn’t have to babysit someone’s children. overall, the experience was ok. The bass from Fremont Street was a bit excessive. Turned off after midnight.

Housekeeping did not come for two days of my stay. I called to make an appointment at 10:00am to have our room cleaned, while we were out. It was not done. I called housekeeping again. She did want to send somebody right away, but we had just got to the room. So I told her I would call her in a little bit. She then was extremely rude and said why don't you just call us when you are ready in a rude tone and did not apologize.

I liked that the room was more up to date than the sister hotel (the golden gate) and was just a nice hotel all around. Loved how you get in free to circa’s stadium swim which I love being at! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the a/c… I could barely feel it, but— way better than the golden gate that has a unit that’s controlled depending on the weather outside (we were sweating so bad there and it was really stuffy we had to ask the hotel for a fan)

Property has been great in the past. Now nothing but issues. Crappy rooms, poor excuse for maintenance, too expensive for what you get, lack of care to rooms. A whole week there and no cleaning or anything. Quick reaction to issues, but too many issues to stay there again!
