Everyone on staff was so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. We were there to stay because a loved one is currently in the hospital at UMC and the staff was so kind and sympathetic to the circumstances.

It's a great location. You walk out of the door and into the action of the Fremont experience. I only have two gripes about the hotel. The temperature is controlled so the room was not cool after coming in from the heat. It didn't matter how low you set the temperature the room was only cool the wee hours of the night. The second this is the pillows were terrible. I could not get comfortable for nothing with the overly soft pillows. It was like sleeping on a half filled beach ball with a pillow case on it. Overall it was a decent stay and I got to swim.

The price was great. Had a Karen at the pool. She was upset when I told her I didn’t want to babysit her children. The staff at the casino agreed with me that I shouldn’t have to babysit someone’s children. overall, the experience was ok. The bass from Fremont Street was a bit excessive. Turned off after midnight.

Housekeeping did not come for two days of my stay. I called to make an appointment at 10:00am to have our room cleaned, while we were out. It was not done. I called housekeeping again. She did want to send somebody right away, but we had just got to the room. So I told her I would call her in a little bit. She then was extremely rude and said why don't you just call us when you are ready in a rude tone and did not apologize.
