It was a really nice hotel. Room was cleaned daily. They did not leave enough towels when they cleaned. Staff were very nice.

We were placed in a room right next to Freemont Street. Our room was basically as loud as a club. We were there for 4 nights. The room had built up grime and hardly any decor or comforts. Our bill got so messed up by staff that hundreds of dollars were being taken out of our accounts and then we were double charged at the end and it took over a week to get the money back and our accounts settled. Most of the staff tried to help but just seemed uninformed and untrained to handle the situation and ended up making it worse. Because of the errors we didn't have the spending money we needed on our trip due to the hundreds in wrongful holds and charges on both of our cards. We will never stay here again.

1st the whole hole reeks of smoke, I paid for a non smoking room and they tried to put me in a smoking room. The room itself was very clean but there was no mini fridge. Stay at the F gives you free access to stadium swim at circa which usually costs 30.00. It was an okay stay and experienced no real problems but the smoke smell was a huge turn off.

Free access to the circa pool.
Friendly staff, but kind of disappointed that we requested a 2 queen and there was none available. Not only my party but a few others we spoke to.
But overall fun hotel, will for sure be staying again

Reserved non smoking rooms were told on checkin that there were none but would get one in the am. Went down in morning to get our new room becuse our room was so noisy from the music on Fremont street that we could not sleep. At 8 am they manager said too bad no new room non smoking or otherwise for us and the free drink yesterday that was out, we were told we would get a 25.00 drink credit ne er happened either! Worst hotel i ha e ever booked. Room was crappy! No refrig or chairs to sit in. Noisy all night until 3am!
