Very convenient for travel

I had never stayed in the Fremont area and appreciated the convenience of all the shops, store within the hotel, and the options of the restaurants. I would return back to the D on my next visit.

This morning around 9:40am, my fiancée and I were checking out of the hotel after a staycation. While I handled the checkout process, she went to pick up our café order. At that moment, a security guard named Wesley targeted her, refused to let her walk back to me because she was in swim attire, and even attempted to put his hand on her. He did not leave her alone until I ran over, as I saw him clearly trying to intimidate her. This was an extremely inappropriate situation. We’re locals, and we’ve never encountered anything like this at any other hotel. I fully understand dress codes, but I do not understand why my fiancée was singled out and harassed while sober, respectful, and simply separated from me for a moment. What concerns me even more is that Wesley had just been in the elevator with both of us and said nothing. The moment I stepped away, however, he attempted to force her out of the hotel alone. I strongly hope this is investigated so that no other guests, especially women separated from their parties are subjected to this kind of behavior. This man’s conduct needs to be looked into immediately.

No where to eat. And too expensive if you eat before 3pm. the menus don't have enough selections

When check in the receptionist was unfriendly, did look at me once gave no information regarding the hotel.

It’s fine. Hate the resort fees when you don’t use the amenities.

After being booked for over a week, had to sit out on the luggage cart for an hour just to get a room with four days with no room service. Had to go down to front desk and ask for room service last day prior to leaving.

Rm1507 was beyond expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable to the point we slept longer than usual. One disappointment was TV size could have been larger. However on the positive side the elevators were very quick. Also great that garage parking is included in the stay. We would definitely stay again.

The main reason is because it’s right in the heart of Fremont street and you get free passes to stadium swim at the circa staff was great as well!!!

The location is great, close to downtown Vegas, and the hotel made a nice first impression by offering a complimentary draft beer upon arrival and a $50 match play for flying in. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. The air conditioner in my first room did not blow cold air. After reporting the issue, an engineer inspected it and suggested I keep the setting between 68–70 degrees, but the room still never cooled. The front desk eventually moved me to another room, but the only option was a smoking room with a king bed. Since I’m not a smoker, I had to choose between working AC or dealing with the smell. On top of that, I had to pack and unpack twice, which was very inconvenient and cut into my trip. Overall, while the location and perks were nice, the room situation left a lot to be desired.
