It’s my family go-to downtown hotel, this time I was a little disappointed that I booked a double bed / non-smoking room and when we arrived for check in they said they were sold out of the double bed but could bring up a roll away bed and they had no more non-smoking rooms! It’s like what did I prepay for? I paid my stay in full at time of booking so why would my room not be available

Beautiful hotel with clean room, comfortable pillows and bed, modern bathroom but hot water was spotty, in-room lighting could be brighter, Fremont party noise could be heard on the 10th floor but that was expected, free pass to Swimstadium at Circa.

I love staying here every year for NFL kickoff weekend! The benefits of being downtown and access to stadium is a win win for me. Staff is always helpful the casino is clean and easy access to bars and food. I highly recommend staying here
