Very cool boutique hotel with nice touches all over the place. Giant scrabble on the wall in the lobby, free hot chocolate tea and coffee 24/7, filtered water in eco friendly water bottles, lp records and turntables in every room, cool books, cool art, lots of cool spaces public and private. Private balcony, free parking in lot, fast wifi, gorgeous comfortable furniture and decor.!!! LOVE

The Dylan was super accessible for a late evening check in, parking was easy, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It’s a funky and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel. I got offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony, and it was great to have fresh air in the room. I also had a fantastic breakfast at a local diner, and found some great pastries, too. They’ve got plenty of snacks and water on site, as well.

I was only there for overnight stay having flown in from NZ. Cultural shock and not being woken up to catch early morning domestic flight. Then to find that they had taken my $50from my visa left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. The receptionist saw me go. They didn’t mention that I needed to sign anything. She did put me in a handy room. Thankyou

We enjoyed the lobby area for when we were waiting to check in on the day we arrived. However, the front desk clerk wasn't very efficient or welcoming. When we opened the door to our room, we realized immediately there were two twin beds, despite reserving a (nonrefundable) queen hotel room. When we shut the door and promptly informed the clerk she hesitated and seemed annoyed we were asking to stay in the room we'd reserved. However, she accommodated our request and did eventually give us the correct room key.

Close to airport and you can walk to several places to eat. It was noisy. Heard people walking upstairs and dog barking and whining in room next to us. Bathroom very small.

The one issue is that we booked a queen bed and they tried to put it in a double room bed with two beds. They said they didn't have another place for us until we talk to the manager who found a queen room for us. They should either update their room options or stick to what they say on their room options. We're glad that the manager satisfied us. It was just unfortunate that there was a complication in the first place. So we ended up having a good stay.

I didn’t expect this hotel to be so cute! I loved the ambiance (there was a nice water feature on the first floor!) and it was a very relaxed environment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed an early check in. also extra points for the coffee machine in the lobby being accessible 24/7. I do have to warn you - I was in a first floor room and I could hear a lot of noise from above me. I’m talking footsteps, conversations (albeit very softly), I even heard the TV turning on (but I didn’t hear what they were watching). The traffic outside can be quite loud as well. But as someone who was born in the city, it quickly became background noise and honestly not noticeable. At the end of the day, I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely converted motel. A little loud with street noise but since it’s not in a busy area not bad. Liked that they had reusable mugs and cups in the room. I did have to store two of my bags overnight because the elevator is out of service but it was a painless process.

I pre-paid for a room and since our flight in was delayed, they sold it to someone else. There were no apologies. She said it was my fault for not calling. I texted before we took off and the response was that the delay was fine. Kinda cute place, but definitely not worth the hassle.
