If you ever have to stay overnight by SFO, hands down this is the place to do it. Great little hotel, redone with very cool and thoughtful touches that a seasoned traveler like myself really appreciates!

The customer service was fabulous. The ladies upfront took great care of me. The happy hour was fun. Beds were comfy room was clean. I definitely stay again.

Wendy and Nina are the best. Help locating the train station, kind and so patient. Gave us ideas to do with kids in San Francisco. Safe Forces, Aquarium, and etc. They made our trip to san Francisco so much better. Thank you lovely ladies. You were definitely a life saver.

I stayed 4 nights and the staff were wonderful - they could not have been more helpful, and always met queries with a smille and fast action. Great bathroom in the room and handy to Millbrae station and many eating places are only a few minutes walk.

Although the hotel is a bit older and the room is small, it provides everything that the guests need, such as free parking, water and coffee. Wine, breakfast snacks and fresh fruits at very reasonable prices
