Fantastic! Great staff that was super proactively helpful. The price is an amazing bargain. You couldn't be more conveniently located to BART and the neighborhood is lovely. The one thing to note; the beds are not Queen Sized as advertised, but Double/Full Sized at best. Just something to note, and not at all a deal breaker in my opinion.

A lovely place to stay! I missed my flight and found this hotel kinda randomly, but was surprised at the comfort I had. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. There was free coffee and other drinks available at the lobby. The room has a very large TV screen, and I feel so relaxed and relieved from stress of tight travel schedule after my one-night stay. The room also has a lot of signs explaining to you the use of facilities, and I feel much care from this. I even regret not choosing this place for my earlier stay! Definitely one I would recommend to anybody who’s staying around the airport.

The hotel located in a safe area where we could walk around at night. The BART and Caltrain station is just 300 m away. Nice and helpful staff. Reasonable price for the room.
