The Custer service is amaizing. The staff is great the area is safe the house keepers work extremely hard to give people a comfortable stay. The front desk people work fast to process people there rooms . And everything is extremely clean.

It was horrible… you get what you pay for, and less… Water pressure was so bad, that we had to take cold showers. The black-out curtains were rotten so a lot of sun passthrough them. The whole hotel smelled like weed. The AC unit in the room was so noisy and loud. The elevator broke twice while we were there. Horrible experience…

We never received maid service. Refrigerator/ freezer was not working. It was needed. Bathtub had rust around drain, couldn’t take a bath. Very disappointed.

The locations is great, it has breakfast included and Miss Carmen is super nice and helpful. The front desk is always there, they are nice and attentive. The only issue is the water, is super unstable pressure for the hot water if any, there was a few times when there was not working. Also the elevador is kinda scary since no light working on the board because of “maintenance”.

The front desk associates weren’t friendly. I was only greeted warmly by housekeeping as I was leaving the facility, which was as disappointing as my room (needs updating and the carpet deep cleaned). Had I not already prepaid for my room, I would’ve canceled and stayed elsewhere. My sleep was amazing, but the overall presentation left much to be desired.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. It was typical breakfast -waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bread. However, the elevator buttons didn’t work. It just stopped at each floor. Also, one of the bathrooms (we had 2 rooms) had a very slow filling toilet. You only had 1 flush and had to wait an hour for the tank to fill again. The other room didn’t have the toilet issues. Rooms were cleaned and when we needed extra bedding for a pullout couch bed, it was given.

The hotel was overall okay. It’s older, water pressure isn’t the greatest in the shower. Our floor also has the aroma of weed throughout.
Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly. Also nice to have chilis restaurant in the same parking lot.

Overall the area where the property was at was close to some malls you can do walking distance. Hotel is good for a quick stay. But some maintenance needs to be done In hotel. I had a friend stay the night and they ended up getting sinus congestion because rooms didn’t have cleanliness to vacuum nor sirculation of air and the smell from the air conditioner. So some things need to be fix.

The room had a bunch of ants, the carpets had weird red stains, the bathroom had a lot of mildew, there was old shampoo on the shower handles when I first used the shower, and the counters and coffee weren't wiped down when I arrived and were really dirty

Where to begin, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. There was so little hot water you couldn't turn on the cold water. The bed was hard and the mattress had stains ( I always check for bed bugs) even the pillows were hard. The pictures for the breakfast buffet are definitely not what you get. The only good thing I can say is that the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot worked. Very disappointed!
