The peep hole was bare and our room was visible to anyone walking by. There was a hole in the wall of our room. The bathroom door was unfinished and wouldn’t shut.

This is an honest review. Our first room we got was unfortunately a poor way to start everything - we stayed Friday to Wednesday. The room did not have a working door besides the sliding one that led to the outside/pool area and the AC didn’t work either. Now the manager whom we were told is new was very nice about everything and he did give us a new room Sunday. Nothing was stolen it was mainly families there on the weekend for the zoo so I felt fairly safe leaving during the day and we could lock the sliding door at night. Interesting characters hung around the hotel during all hours but no incidents and they left us alone. The room itself was a bit messy, paint splatters everywhere and things like that but the bed was comfy and it worked. The breakfast was meh but it was still provided and that counts. The second room we had from Sunday- Wednesday had about the same problems messy and a weird smell but the week crowd moved in and let’s just say that we heard many people having different versions of FUN TIMES. But this is a $70 a night hotel so you get what you pay for. Overall this hotel was NOT bad but I think next time it would be worth paying extra to be closer to downtown. We wish best endeavors to the new owners whom again were EXTREMELY nice and professional and we appreciate them very much!! We hope to see that down the road this hotel has made new changes and upgrades but that takes time and funds- would still stay here for one night for the zoo etc etc

For a smoke free property my room had a lingering smoke smell. It looks like I was out in a room that was in the middle of a renovation that was quickly "finished" to allow the room to be used. The shower was not clean and had multiple long hairs in it. Bathroom mirror was dirty. The usual complimentary soaps and lotion were empty as well. The complementary breakfast was a joke. The only positive is the bed was at least comfortable. Learn your lesson from me, pay a bit more and stay somewhere that actually cares about their guests.

Our stay here was horrible because the bed my son was going to sleep on we noticed had a pee stain on the mattress protector, and when we told the manager about it, he didn’t want to do anything about it, and tried to blame us for it. He eventually pawned us off to the head house, cleaning lady who was really nice and understanding, but she should not have been the one to have to handle this situation.

This place is absolutely filthy, our room was clearly not cleaned or visited by maintenance before our stay. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They also would not issue a refund when the room was disgusting and they offered no alternative.

Lobby seemed clean, my room seemed clean, but the hallways were FILTHY and the breakfast had little variety with eggs running out long before the 6-9 am time frame ended. Just very disappointed.

The minute we drove onto the property, we knew we weren’t staying here. There were broken down cars in the parking lot, individuals hanging out in their cars, half dressed people coming out of the hotel, outside of hotel run down, looked nothing like the pictures, felt unsafe leaving my car unattended while we stayed at the hotel. As well as my safety. Near by there were 2 police cars responding to an incident. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They assigned us a room that was already occupied. It didn’t feel safe so we left.

We made a last minute road trip to Omaha Nebraska, to visit the #1 ranked Zoo in the nation, i have always researched everything about our trips and had a schedule. This time i winged it, and it was terrible. 1) I made last minute hotel reservations based on location. The hotel was closest to the zoo. 2) When I picked my room and booked it. I booked a 1 bed room (king bed) for 2 adults and locked in a price. 3) I was given a room with 2 beds and the receptionist didn't know what the price I locked in was. So when I gave him my money that is what he charged me, instead of my change back. 4) We had to ask for the TV remote. 5) There were no blankets/comforters on the beds only sheets. We had to purchase cozy throws at the gas station. 6)

STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place looked nice on hotels.com and my wife and I were excited to stay here but once we were inside the hallways were trashed, there was holes in the ceilings, the peep holes were all blocked out. The halls and rooms were filthy and smelled terrible. And exterior doors and doors to the rooms on the bottom floor that did not lock. Absolutely disgusting. Complete scam from this place.

Camper in parking lot that looked like it was being lived in, junk cars in parking lot (like non running!), stained bedding, leaking mini fridge, no soap, no housekeeping (was there 2 nights), dog in room down the hall that barked for one of the afternoons (I’m sure it was left alone in room), kids screaming and running up and down hall at really late hours, sorry but would NEVER recommend or come back.
